Person who answered the phone was extremely rude and clearly in a bad mood or just blatantly unprofessional. Seemed to be annoyed that I asked questions...I will not go here and do not recommend it based on this experience.

Had my very first tooth extraction and they got me in right away (during COVID) and listened patiently to my nervous ramblings. Staff was super friendly, engaging, and put me at ease. I’m happy to report I didn’t feel a thing and it was all over before I was aware it even started. I definitely recommend them all and appreciate them being available during these times!

Just got done having a tooth pulled by Dr. Muff. Other dentists refused to pull it. Dr. Muff was Super Gentle and knows his stuff!!!! I highly recommend this Oral Surgical Center. The staff is very friendly and will treat you with the utmost of care and respect. Thank You again Dr. Muff... You took my pain away. You Rock!!!!

Needing a tooth extraction, my dentist recommended Dr. Muff, a maxillofacial dentist. The office was easy to find as the address and office was clearly visible from Sierra Rose Street. The waiting room is comfortable and the wait was not long. I was treated very kindly and respectfully by the staff, and Dr. Muff is a pleasant gentleman. He numbed my tooth and gums without pain (excellent!) and the tooth was extracted in no time. I chose to be awake and have the tooth pulled under local anesthetic, but they do offer gas. I will be returning for an implant, so cadaver bone was inserted into the open cavity of the tooth to provide a matrix for my own bone to grow upon then stitched closed. Thus making the bone stronger for the metal implant to be introduced in a few months time. Dr. Muff even called me the night of the extraction to make sure I was not having any pain or problems. I am so pleased with Dr Muff and his staff that I will be returning for the implant work.

Had 3 teeth extracted yesterday. 3 12 19. Was referred by my regular dentist to Dr Muff because he accepts my insurance. Was est 200-300 over the phone, was 307 with a new x-ray that was needed. Original appointment was next Friday, got a call on wed that they had a cancellation and could get me in on the 8th. Staff was all very friendly. Wait time was a bit longer than expected due to a difficult prior case. Very efficient and professional. Will recommend to friends.
