The only thing is I felt rushed. I really didn't get to ask any questions and the question I did ask, I really didn't get a response on. He talked about something completely different, but he was nice and seems knowledgeable. He didn't say he needed to see me back, just to try physical therapy for few weeks and if it doesn't help to call to schedule the surgery if I want it. I do feel confident that he is a good doctor and surgeon, which is most important to me.

My surgeon was on time did not keep me waiting and shared a look at imagery with me, described the procedure and timeline of operation and recovery, I understand this to be a very sensitive and complicated procedure.

The whole office is extraordinary in their patient care. Dr. Vacca gave me back my life with his surgery on my back. I cannot recommend him and the staff highly enough!

The first appt I had with the nurse was great. Very informative. The appt with the surgeon wasn't very informative. Didn't look at my images while he talked to us. I have NEVER seen any of my images. Doctor just showed a book with generic pictures.

I appreciate Dr. Vacca seeing me without an appointment. His nurse understood the sense of urgency in my voice and was able to "squeeze me in" between his appointment schedule. Great timing! My previous experience (2020) re: my lumbar back surgery was absolutely great. His staff and his personality was, and is, very much appreciated. Great people!

Patient care was their number one concern. Dr. Vacca made me feel understood with true empathy. When it came to surgery he and staff were able to make it happen. If I had any concerns, it was just a call away with quick response.
