This office is run like medical tent in a third-world country: incompetent, rude staff; no access to the doctor (even in tyhe case of an emergency), prescriptions not called in (then they lie), prescriptions written BEFORE a blood test....just atrocious.

Waited for almost two hours past my appointment before being called back, dr would not listen to anything I was telling him, and all the Office and billing staff were very rude and unprofessional, answering calls on speaker phone so the whole waiting room could hear other patients privileged medical information. Went once payed my bill and found a new Dr.

Dr. Fredericks is a brilliant physician and researcher. Although the wait times are lengthy and often times take all day, the expertise and guidance he offers make it all worth it. I have a very rare salt-wasting kidney condition that no other physician was able to determine even after experiencing renal papillary necrosis. I was disheartened, very sick, and in search of answers, and Dr. Fredericks made me feel heard. He determined the condition I had after numerous labs, appointments, and trial and error with certain supplements and medications. As a biology student his understanding of pathways and genetics exceeds any physician I have seen in my entire life. He is not a standard practice physician that abides by insurance companies diagnoses, rather, he treats you as an individual. I do believe that the office staff could be better, and the wait times could be shortened by scheduling less patients in a day. But, in the end, Dr. Fredericks may have saved my life.

Very knowledgeable, but practically impossible to get service from his staff. Most of his staff regularly brings deep shame to this otherwise remarkably knowledgeable and thorough service.

Can't even get prescription sent over in timely manner have to wait weeks even months. Have had to leave several messages for the person who handles the prescription never get return call. My husband is type 1 diabetic has been hospitalized recently for his numbers. Was prescribed for Libre 2 CGM and Humalog insulin pens can't even get what was promised.My husband depends on this for his current job.

The staff knows I needed an appointment desperately. I need a new pump as I still don't have longer-acting insulin (e.g., NPh). I was strung along and left without what I desperately need. Extreme professional neglect is the best way to describe what his office has done. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants to be cared for. If you're looking for a way to blow your time and money without much in the way of results or health improvements, sure you could try them. Otherwise, do not contact them.

Who CARES how long anyone waits for QUALITY CARE? The issue I see, reading these reviews, are the "one stars" were angry due to the wait. I waited today, but at the end I was given a physician with more experience than years I have been alive, one who graduated from an excellent medical institution. I was given plenty of time with him, he listened to my every word and concern, and TOGETHER we decided on a treatment plan. SPECIALTY is not "Urgent Care". I recommend Dr. Fredericks to everyone. I learned of him from a patient I personally cared for, and I am glad I listened to her... 10/10, will stick with him as long as he is in practice, even if I have to get on an airplane to see him.

DO NOT waste your time seeing this doc. He will impress you with his knowledge, a speech he gave me years & years ago. Thinks a lot of himself because of knowledge, does he help you? NO. His office staff LIED to me straight faced when he failed to write the appropriate prescription.

I had my first appointment over zoom with dr. Fredericks yesterday. He is awesome. Super nice and explains everything in detail. His office answers their phones and always are helpful. :)

Went to for over 5 yrs treating me for type 2 diabetes and went to Dr Sidnu in cason city ran blood and i am type 1 which i always thought i was. So he is a very dishonest doc trying to make me take all these different meds for nothing wrong disease. I would never recommend him plus waiting for 3 hrs to see him is terrible. His office manager cant ever get the insurance right. They really need a shake up and he needs to retire👎🏻
