I had my first physical therapy appointment for rehab of my right knee yesterday, May 3, 2023 with Stephen Capel, PT, of GBO. Stephen seemed very capable and knowledgeable and that is par for the course at GBO.

After major foot surgery I was super nervous about my first PT appointment. Joel was calming, gentle and it actually felt really good to have him get my foot moving. Long road ahead but I’m confident we will get there. Thanks Joel.
