Dr. Jones came highly recommended and he was awesome! He took time to answer all of my questions, explained my situation in thorough, understandable details. For now, I need to be referred for possible arthroscopic surgery. I would refer Dr. Jones to anyone in need of knee or hip surgery!

It was a real pleasure coming here. I appreciated the ride from the parking lot over to the building. Everyone was friendly and very efficient, so no long wait times. Dr Jones was so personable and took care of my problem with my knees with steroid injections. I am already remarkably better and able to carry on my activities. Thanks to everyone at ROC!!

Dr Jones and his staff are. knowledgeable, courteous and helpful at every step of my knee replacement process. Questions and requests were replied to promptly and reminders were sent out when there was new information on the patient portal. The pain that I experienced prior to the surgery is almost completely gone at 6 weeks post surgery. Recommendations at both post op meetings with Dr Jones has had positive impact to my physical therapy goals. The decision to have Total Knee Replacement with Dr Jackson Jones and the team at ROC is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you Dr Jones and the team at ROC.

Dr. Jones and staff are so kind and caring. I had a hip replacement surgery and it was the best thing ever. Now I’m getting ready for knee replacement and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Dr. Jones.

Excellent check in process, prompt appointment, direct information and hands-on exam professional and thorough. Very happy to be "established" with Dr. Jones. Pre-op conditioning for one knee suggested, and insight shared re alternatives to relieve inflammation/add support for the other (2012 full replacement). I appreciate being prepared! Thank you!
