Charming and handsome, Dr. Engle visited with me at length before my cataract surgery to allay my fears. He explained the procedure in plain English and it all went exactly as he had explained.

Had total lens replacement in both eyes nearly a year ago. Entire experience was smooth and hassle free. Dr. Engle explained everything and was available to answer questions. Highly recommend.

Dr Engle replaced the cornea in my left eye, the surgery was a definite success. My vision in that eye is excellant

They don't seem to care about their patients. Takes forever to get an appointment. You personally have to call to get updates.

Dr. Engle recently did a partial-thickness cornea transplant (dmek) surgery on one of my eyes, and both the process and results within his control were great. During the years before we decided on surgery he took a conservative, no rush to operate, approach that gave me confidence when the time came that it was in fact time to do the surgery. Pre-surgery, he patiently answered questions, continuing to come across as both confident and competent. Day-of-surgery, he had great "bedside" manners and made me comfortable going into the operating room. Post-surgery, while it's been only a few days, the graft appears to have been a complete success, despite some complications outside his control, and the vision in the operated-on eye is already better than my other eye. I'm sure there are other good doctors in Nevada who do what Dr. Engle does. However, there is no other doctor I would rather have operate on my eyes than Dr. Engle.

Dr is good, but waiting 2 hours so far in waiting room. Told to get here 15 minutes early as well. They know we have to be here so don’t care how long it takes. Job security.

I have quite a few issues and he has always explained in detail what is going on, what he can or can't do for me. Very thorough. He listens and is very compassionate to my fears. His assistants are top notch. I never feel rushed or like something wasn't answered.

Have been waiting for an appointment for almost 2 months now. No matter how many times I call I don't see any progress. Notes from previous doctor are still under review. We were told it would take 2 weeks for us to get an appointment and it had been almost 2 months!
