Dr Morgan is the best for any neurosurgery need, he won an award in 2022. I've had 5 spinal surgeries and he did 4 of them, all except the first one in '05, which was an emergency due to a car accident, the surgery went great, but the doctor only saw me the next morning because he retired. All of the surgeries Dr Morgan has done were amazing, I get admitted in severe pain, then literally, the morning after surgery, my pain was greatly improved. I have degenerative disc disease, so it's hard to go 5 years without another disc "blowing out" as I put it, getting herniated is what it's called medically. The entire staff is just amazing there, despite how extremely busy they get, no one ever loses their calm demeanor or has a problem with a patient. They run very thorough and make sure no one is forgotten because they do have mostly older clients with some who can be forgetful, like me. They always return my calls and help with my needs, usually within 24-72 hours, and some even work on Saturdays to be sure calls are returned. They also have a chart feature to help remind you of upcoming appointments and help you with medications, and information from your chart so you know what test results you had. Though, you usually get a call before things get added to your chart.

My consultation with Dr Morgan was like two friends having a conversation. He very comfortably and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. I had studied his many positive reviews and I was amazed that a doctor with his skill and knowledge would treat me like a friend. Other doctors told me I needed a multiple spinal fusion. Our oldest son is a hospital attorney and he said they just want the money so get a second opinion. People told me that Dr Morgan will just do what's necessary and he relieved my fears by saying that I just needed a simple surgery that takes about an hour and I'd be out of there. That's what I had in 94 and I'm confident that will work again.

I have never been more pleased with the visit to a medical providers office. Not only was the staff kind and supportive, Dr. Morgan was so gentle, knowledgeable and light hearted. He pulled some tricks out of his magic bag, and got me scheduled for surgery within five business days! His office has called to keep me posted and give me updates, and to see if I needed anything. Great work team!

Terrible ! 2nd time this guy has let me down, he just doesn't care and passed me off both times. This practice in general is frustrating and a waste of time.
