List of Jeffrey S Zollinger's Reviews
My wife and I are, and have been for many years, patients of Dr. Zollinger and Arlo Schenk. We both have chronic pain issues that require monthly visits. The doctors really listen and care about you. We have never felt rushed or unimportant, which is rare these days. We strongly recommend Sweetwater Pain and Spine.
Medical assistants do not follow up to return phone calls or questions. Very poor patient service. If they tell you they will call you right back its to get you off the phone. Dr. Zollinger himself is very nice, however he needs to consider getting better help. Also, prescriptions are not called in on time or dated incorrectly. Refer to other patient reviews before going to this office.
I found that Dr Zollinger and staff are the best I have ever been to. I have been nothing but completely satisfied with the results and the care he gives. He listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.
Excellent doctor BUT when you make an appointment keep the date and time snd name of the person assisting you...otherwise when you show up and have NO appointment listed, you will be shown all your calls to prove you never did make one. Asked whom you spoke with and when... the office mgr never agreeing just maybe their staff forgot to write it down and YOU NEVER CALLED and obviously have dementia
Having had extensive problems post knee replacement, Dr. Zollinger found the perfect thing to control my pain, long term without any ill or side effects. He changed my ability to sleep, walk and do a variety of activities pain free. He is a caring doctor with excellent bedside manner too. I'd recommend him to anyone. He changed the quality of my life.
Probably worst doctor my wife ever went to. They believe in their office they are the important ones. My wife developed "serotonin syndrome" from his inept and negligent ministering. The concept for a doctor is "do no harm" Don't go. He's not a good Doctor. I'm talking about Jeffrey Zollinger and Megan King and I live in Reno. His credentials are being highly rated at Brigham Young is like being dead last at UCLA.
I found that Dr Zollinger and staff are the best I have ever been to. I have been nothing but completely satisfied with the results and the care he gives. He does everything to find what is going on and takes steps to find the best treatment. He listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.

I have had several back ablations performed by doctor Zollinger. He does an excellent job. I have had ablations by another doctor that had terrible complications.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
