Arrived at the new ROC facility (1st time at this site), it’s very clean and welcoming. My visit was for my knee which required X-rays prior to seeing Dr Zebrack. My tech was very pleasant and efficient. A brief wait then brought to the exam room by a very nice M.A., just a few minutes before Dr. Zebrack arrived. Friendly greeting (I’d seen him before, and he seemed to remember me👍🏻), discussed my issue and he agreed to my assessment-needle aspiration of the knee cyst. Quick, easy, painless (he’s good!), and I was out the door. Great facility, great staff, give them a try!

ROC is oriented around the service to the clients (patients and family); from the moment you step out of your vehicle until the moment you return to it. the doctors and medical assistants are knowledgeable and able to explain details in a way so patient fully understands.

Dr Zebrack replaced my knee 18 months ago. The surgery, therapy and care after have been very good. Dr Zebrack listens and doesn’t rush to just operate. I would highly recommend.

My first time visit to Reno Orthopedic Clinic, still has me reeling and in a state of awe!!! From the front entrance, with the friendly person at the door, to the front desk, with the friendly and professional staff to assist with checkin, to instructions to go to the location for my appt, to having the Assistant waiting for me and holding the door for me, to placing me in the closest exam room for my convenience, to meeting Dr. Zebrack for the first time, to his support staff and accommodations, to the discussion with the Scheduler(s). WOW!!! Professional, friendly, considerate...more than 5 Star service!!!
