Joseph Kiener's Online Review Report Card

I wish all my medical professionals were as kind, considerate, professional, and excellent in their treatment. He and his staff are just a delight to work with and I have no incentive in writing this other than wanting folks to know I would go to him again in a second should I need his services.

Dr. Joseph Kiener my first appointment with him..he was a little bit kinda unapproachable.....but later he became friendly and start talking to me in Philippine language...He is nice ...Overall he is very experienced surgeon ..my breast are perfect !

Cold and arrogant doctor. Accepts no doubts, concerns, or criticisms. He has obviously offered some kind of financial incentive for people to give 5 star reviews here. The front office staff were nice though

Dr. Kiener saved my life. There is no other way to say it. He properly diagnosed my condition AND knew the likelihood of Medicare paying it, he said the odds were 97% and he was right. He had to really convince me to have surgery because I was afraid of the expense because we are retired. During surgery he found I had been bleeding and there was a lot of fluid inside. The thing is he KNEW that when he first met me! He has a ton of experience and I benefited tremendously from it. I didn't realize how horrible I was feeling until I got all that horrible stuff corrected and now I feel great. I told him he is a life saver and I hold by that. On top of that he has a great bedside manner and OBVIOUSLY CARES!! Thank you Dr. Kiener.

I left his office feeling very humiliated. After having a double mastectomy and reconstruction by Dr Kiener, weekly appointments, I had to force myself to return each visit to get through the healing period. Never feeling comfortable around him. I was much more comfortable with his staff. My last visit to discuss final reconstruction procedure was horrible. He was very irritated, rude and humiliating. I left the office in tears and informed his staff that I would not be back and requesting my medical file. I'm not the kind of person that leaves reviews at all and I had to think long and hard before leaving this review but I feel this to be important. Now I am under another doctors care and I am so comfortable. I am having new implants and niple reconstruction. There is no comparison how much better I feel.

I have never been treated so rudely by a medical professional. Initially, the office wasn’t sure if the doctor would be willing to see me, so I was asked to send in my medical information from a previous doctor, and I did so about two weeks prior to the consultation. I was told that Dr. Kiener would review my notes to see if it was worth me coming in at all. It was exceptionally clear that Dr. Kiener had not even looked at my notes before the appointment, and immediately dismissed me. He did not ask me questions about the care I hoped to receive, and he spoke over the top of me SEVERAL times during the consultation when I tried to communicate what I was looking for. He wasted my time and, more importantly, my money. I couldn’t even use the consultation fee to put toward a product to buy from the office, so he truly just stole it from me. I cannot tell you enough to stay away from this office.

Dr Kiener and his staff are the BEST! They are professional and caring. The surgery staff was awesome and the procedure was amazing. So glad I chose Dr. Kiener.

Dr. Kiener is a consummate professional with a warm and reassuring manner. He took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly - so much so that I didn't have any questions, which anyone who knows me will tell you is highly unusual. Despite his wealth of experience, I never felt that he was anything other than kind, caring and focused on my care. I'm thrilled with both the results of my tummy tuck and the experience of working with Dr. Kiener and his wonderful staff.

Dr. Kiener is amazing! I had a surgery 6 years ago and I'm still pleased with the results and could not be any happier!
