Dr. Kaiser is outstanding. He not only listens but actually hears what you say and makes himself fully understood. He's caring and surgery isn't the first thing he recommends but is open if that's what you need. 5 star absolutely more if it was possible.

Dr. Kaiser is amazing. I have had ongoing issues in both wrist with severe pain and numbness due to un healed injuries. He quickly had a plan of action first visit. He knew exactly what was wrong and took his time to educate my wife and I the issues and how he is going to repair the injuries. He is knowledable, intelligent, and was a non bs stand up guy. Thanks Dr Kaiser and thanks ROC for helping me. And my review for Reno ROC: ROC is a very nice and clean facillity. Everyone seemed friendly and professional from check in to exit. I like they have everything in house ie surgery center, blood testing, EKG that makes it very convenient and prevents the patient from bouncing around town when additional test are necessary. They are setup and ready to truly help and thats not common in our small town. Take it from me dont waste your time with other practices when it comes to ortho especially niche specialty of hands and wrist. I have had medical providers literally tell me they just dont know whats wrong as the hands and wrist are complicated. ROC and Dr. Kaiser know what to do, I am no longer stressed about my situation. I am very pleased with this facility and Doctor, I felt like I was heard and that matters. I am looking forward to my hands and wrist feeling better and that makes me happy. I have had so much pain and anxiety over my hands/ wrist and I am looking forward to healing in my future.

After a search and hunt due to no receptionist. I saw his student in training first who was very personable as was the Dr. Who explained my choices very well.

Dr Kaiser is a very kind and personable doctor. Whatever questions I have he always makes me feel like it’s no or a dumb question and very important that I understand what we are planning to do for my treatment. Would highly recommend him.
