Lari Frazee's Online Review Report Card

Very disappointed, my child had a 3 year check up and I was told I owed 35$ that was 60 days old but I haven’t been there in over a year and was never told I owed them money nor did they ever call to tell me or send me a bill! The lady in the front was rude and didn’t even tell me what it was for and told me the doctor would not see my child asked if I could pay it the next day and I was told no.

We took the dr. For the our kid reading the reviews. But to be true we had very bad experience both with the dr. And her staff. In the time of emergency when we need the dr. She Was not ready to give us the appointment. Moreover when we cried out and mentioned the kid is in bad situation since night. She gave us just 10 min of time. On entering the premises the Admin lady in her mid 50’s was very rude. Dr. Already had all our insurance and we paid the copay upfront. Still that lady was like have we submitted the payment. Asking clerks to cross check and asked us again to show our insurance cards when we were already scheduled and we are not the new patient to the dr. During the visit we asked about kids growth and Dr. reply was very racist. Post our visit when we were about to leave dr. asked to pick the small gift on the way back kept near the clerk. The same Admin lady was like who asked to pick the toy. We mentioned dr. mentioned to take it on the way back and she was like let me cross check with her. We really had very bad experience and would never ever recommend the dr. to anyone for two reasons one racist remark during the visit and very rude behavior of the staff.

Very unprofessional office secretaries & nurses.Don’t bring your kids here they are rude to them & treat them bad at the moment of procedure. I will not recommend. Not patient at all with parents & kids If you don’t want to have a bad day ! Stay away from here .

Dr. Frazee has been amazing to me and my two sons over the past three years. We are so thankful that she has educated us as new parents and takes the time to make sure our questions are answered. Her practice feels like a boutique practice. Her team always makes time to see us and call back with answer in a very timely manner. She was very supportive with my postpartum in making sure I felt reassured with nursing and that my sons were gaining weight during the first weeks. We are very thankful for Dr. Frazee!

I had the displeasure of speaking with her on the phone. As a first time parent to an infant with a 103 fever, I was concerned. However, she was not concerned and made me feel very stupid for calling about a fever. She was short when I asked a question and did not make me feel better about the situation. So when she asked if I had anymore questions, I said no in fear of annoying her more, and before I could finish she hung up on me. No pleasant for a pediatrician.

****EXPECT HARRASSMENT IF YOU DO NOT BLINDLY OBEY DR EVIL HERE**** Frazee is a horrible, unpleasant human who demands you follow her opinion blindly. Wolf in sheepskin. Frazee had her office manager call CPS on us over our first born child for simply switching Drs offices. The office manager is a "retired police Sergeant" (that's what she yelled, at least) that made threats to me and called CPS because I chose to go to another pediatrician instead of following their "orders" on our FIRST visit. These people are desperate for business. You are a sad horrible person, Manager Cop (or wannabe cop). Frazee you should never have gotten your license to work FOR people. Karma is real and God is great. ***Update*** Frazee was wrong in her medical opinion, per the pediatrician I visited the next day. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this office.

I do not know why I stayed as long as I did with this office. Dr frazee would constantly put us down and make us feel stupid when asking questions about our first born! She put me down when I felt I needed to take my son to the children’s ER because her weekend line didn’t answer and my son wasn’t being himself. She never wanted to see us if I would call with a concern there answer was always “has it been 72 hours, if it hasn’t don’t call us till it has” she constantly would make you feel like you were always wrong and putting you down. We switched doctors in May and have been treated the right way and received answers when asked and not like we were stupid. There’s doctors that care, please do yourself a favor and see a different doctor!

We have been seeing Dr. Frazee for our sons care since he was born a year ago. She and her staff are always kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I am at ease knowing my concerns are always heard and addressed. We couldn’t be happier!

The office staff told me while I was checking in for my child’s appointment that they didn’t take her insurance any longer, that they tried to call me. They never called once. Made me pay an absurd amount of money out of pocket for a vaccine and office visit. I always felt really shamed whenever I went here. Like my parenting wasn’t right, but my child was growing and healthy as ever. I know not everyone has the same experiences and I’m happy for those that have had a great experience. I, however, did not.

My son has been seeing Dr frazee for about 2 years. When our previous Dr retired I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a Dr that would be able to care for my special needs son. I am happy and relieved to say Ponderosa pediatrics is an awesome place and Dr. Frazee has exceeded our expectations! Friendly family Dr, the place is always super clean and kids even receive tokens for the prize machine after their visit!!
