Louis A. Bonaldi's Online Review Report Card

Let me preface this by stating that I have had four major cosmetic surgeries by three different physicians and I am a Registered Nurse. Surgery and Physicians are a pet of my everyday life. I went to Dr. Bonaldi to have an implant exchange and breast reduction. I was making a considerable change in size, to ensure the best results I made an appointment with Dr Bonaldi the day before my procedure to secure a clear surgical plan. I made it clear that I wanted him to do what's known as a capsulorrhapy, which is essentially reducing the pocket made for the larger implant smaller to fit and support the new smaller implant. Mind you, I did NOT use medical terminology, I did not 'flex' the fact that I am a nurse with 20+ years of experience, and knew the procedure well. I didn't feel it necessary at the time. I trusted this physician to do what was medically SOUND. He did NOT. I was rushed through on his surgical assembly line as just another schmuck who shelled out $12,000. When I asked to see his pre operative measurements versus my now 5 month post operative measurements he had the audacity to say HE HADNT TAKEN ANY! When I told him I knew that was a lie- the last thing a surgeon doing this procedure does with the patient before going into the OR is actually mark on the patient with a surgical marker. I went into the OR marked up with extensive measurements and he stood before me, shaken, saying he hadn't taken any measurements. WHAT!?!!I gave myself 5 months to heal before addressing this with Dr Bonaldi so I could not be dismissed with my concerns. I could feel and SEE by my lacking results that he did not do what he said he would. Think marble in a sock vs an orange in a sock. My visit to confront him with his was absolutely incomprehensible to me a a woman, as a female but most of all as a Nurse. When his every excuse was met with cold hard facts, he pulled an age old tactic that drs have done forever, 'How do you know how to do this procedure? Have you ever done one!!? You're not a doctor.' His excuses were so insulting to my intelligence my mouth literally gaped open in disbelief. To make mistakes and literally lie is one thing but to NOT admit to your wrongdoing and attempt to insult your victim??Luckily, I have the entire visit recorded so there is no way he can deny any of his absolute insulting behavior. Not to self and to you- do not be fooled by a nice office and a first impression. This 'man' is snake with no moral compass.

Dr Bonaldi is a very personable guy. He explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. He told me I would have scars and exactly where they would be. Then I visited with Tamara who gave me the pricing for the procedure I wanted to do. Very pleasant schedulers and financial responsibility lady. Once I'm financially ready I will have him do my surgery and I will follow up with the rest of my comments. Thank you

Excellent Dr. and staff. Extremely happy with my results. He personally called me the next day to see how how I was doing. Every time I called, the staff was prompt to either call me back or email and answer my concerns.

Dr Bonaldi and his so were so amazing with me before, during, and after my surgery. So happy with them and my results that I want all my friends to see him.

God Bless Dr. Bonaldi! I just watched you on 20/20; you are a blessing from God. The world is lucky to have dedicated doctors like you.

Watch out folks. This guy is a scam. All I got for $14k was a huge and unsightly scar and dangerous infection. The plastic surgery that Louis Bonaldi performed did not work and caused serious complications. He and his staff are very rude once something goes wrong. Very scary. Do not trust this plastic surgeon, ever.

I've been getting facials and skin care at Bonaldi's for years and the service from beginning to end has been top notch. Celeste and Debbie are the best!

Plastic surgeon, Louis A. Bonaldi damaged my ears and face. He and his staff were so kind before the surgery, but after something went very very wrong, i was treated horribly. They are terrible. Be careful of working with plastic surgeons in the state of Nevada, it is almost impossible to sue for damages. Horrible experience and even more depressing results. No refund, only a deformed face. Very rude after something goes wrong. I deeply regret trusting the other reviews that were positive of this scammer. I am extremely upset and disappointed in the damage that was done to my face and very depressed to learn that in the state of Nevada, it is very difficult to sue a plastic surgeon if something goes wrong, so no attorney would take my case, even with my deformed face as a result.

I am deeply saddened at the results. I wasted thousands of dollars and now look worse. Louis and his staff were so friendly before the plastic surgery, now that I have many problems with the results, they are very rude when I do get someone on the phone. Please, do not make the same mistakes by trusting this office to perform any surgery.
