The absolute best surgeon I've ever had! She took her time with me and explained my procedure succinctly and thoroughly. I spent over an hour with her asking my questions and she calmed all my fears and anxiety. I would recommend her to everyone!!

Dr. Chu was recommended by my primary care physician and I'm so happy that she did. From the consult to surgery to the after care. It's been top notch. Kudos also to the staff in the office, Debra, Alexis, Jennifer and Monica.

Dr. Chu is an excellent surgeon. She carefully explained my need for surgery on a breast growth that had a benign biopsy. Without removal, there is no way to know if it is fully benign. It is obvious that Dr. Chu is a perfectionist and a highly skilled surgeon. I would not hesitate to return to her should I need any further surgery in future.

During my initial visit to Dr. Chu’s office, Jennifer presented me with a coffee gift card and apologized for the extended wait. The wait was the least of my worries! The coffee gift card was an appreciated, meaningful gesture representing the respect they had for my time. After Dr. Chu arrived, she spent time explaining my surgical procedure and asked for my feedback. Alexis called a few days later to schedule my surgery and followed through with questions I had for Dr. Chu. She was efficient and provided informed responses. Monica was expeditious in completing the FMLA paperwork and Debra always greeted us warmly. During my last follow-up appointment with Dr. Chu, Jennifer apologized, explaining she forgot to give my husband a bottle of water on a previous visit that took place four weeks earlier! Dr Chu and her staff are very easy to work with. Dr Chu explains very well what would be involved in the procedure and answers our questions and concerns truthfully and professionally. Everything went smoothly and the recovery was speedy. Dr Chu made a tough situation for me easier to confront and get through!

"WORST" doctor Ive ever had. Her bed side manner is horrible. She doesnt care about her atients. She cares about putting you on chemo therapy. Even when I said no. She ordered it anyway. find another doctor. Youve been warned.
