I had never left a dentist office smiling until I started seeing a dentist at this location. They are absolutely incredible and deserve more than 5 stars.

Had an issue with the crown and they were able to get me in within minutes to get it reattached in half an hour later I was back at work

Over a year after my last appointment here, I received a bill in the mail saying that the balance had been denied by the insurance company. Upon contacting insurance company, I was told that they had tried to get the correct information from this location, and yet they had refused to comply. I emailed requesting that they follow up and was told that they would but I still had to make the payment. I knew very well that they would not follow up, because why take money from insurance when they can take mine, but I paid it to be done with it. Now, 8 months after I made the full payment online, I received a phone call harassing me and threatening to report me to collections because I didn't pay. I just arrived at the airport and told them I did pay and I would provide proof to them once I got home. I then received a text message saying they found proof of the payment, and thank you. A text. No apology for the harassment and threat. No acknowledgment that their incompetence not only cost me $300 but then gives them the feeling that they can harass people. I honestly don't care if staff don't have people skills. I'm from the Northeast, and I don't need you to be friendly... I really only need you to be efficient. Apparently, they are neither.

Amazing staff! I have been going to O’Gara Dental for many years now and have always had the most wonderful experiences. The best treatment every time I go. Never a bad experience with staff, treatment or billing!

Being away from Reno for 10 years it was so refreshing to return to the same high quality dental care office!!! Dr. Trisha O'Gara is the dentist and still most of the same staff! Amazed that they remembered me and stopped in to say hello as I was in the chair. I was treated with great care and they pulled up prior X-rays and records! Cleaning was done and new fluoride applied. Left feeling all smooth and assured that dental car was taken care of. They take most insurances and are accepting new patients.
