I had an allograph new ACL, and a meniscus clean up. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Uppal and his team! I was walking without crutches within 2 weeks , and although there is a long healing time to get back to normal, my surgery went very smooth due to Dr. Uppal’s skil, and that of his team! If you are in the unfortunate position to need this service I highly recommend Dr. Uppal

12 days post op and I cant say enough good about Dr Uppal and his team as well as the ROC staff in general. Dr Uppal did not give up on finding out what was wrong with my leg/knee when 2 other doctors did. Dr Uppal and ROC show so much care and respect to their patients. I have already and will continue to recommend him and ROC. Overall. I had a great experience and will not go anywhere for my orthopedic/ sports medicine needs. Thank you Dr Uppal and ROC

I cant say enough good things about Dr Uppal. He didn't give up on the problems I was having with my knee and leg when others did. He performed surgery on my knee 9 days ago and my knee feels fantastic. He and the ROC staff show so much respect and care for their patients. Im so happy I ended up there and recommend Dr Uppal and ROC to anyone in need for their orthopedic and/or sports medicine needs. Can't thank them all enough.

Doctor Uppal repaired my right shoulder in 2017 my left shoulder in 2021 now back in to see him for my left knee.Both my shoulders are like new again! Everything done was first class and professional! My go to doctor!!
