processing and overall service is very poor, the office faces a lot of opportunity for professionalism and overall conduct, they talk directly in the lobby amongst their peers about patients and have no sense of customer service. They're inconsiderate inconsistent and not a place I would recommend any individual go to.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I sat waiting for over an hour when I had an appointment just to get an estimate on permanent dentures and they never even asked. I had a full jaw x-ray before I was seated to wait for some Doctor who had the most ... it sucked. I wouldn't go there.

This office will not let you bring anyone with you. They don't even tell you in the phone when you schedule the appointment. I drove all the way down from Red Rock area to south Reno. Couldn't find the place because it's a hole in the wall office in the weirdest plaza. I finally find it. I get in there with my children. They have me do all the paperwork, have me wait there until the dental assistant calls my name. She tells me that can't see me because they only let the patient in the back. They watched me wait there in their waiting room all that time and didn't say a peep. Wait a waste of time. While understand that not all offices allow for non patients, they could at least give patients a heads up. They were nice enough, but lack the common sense in this regardAlso, as a side note, the place is cold and dusty looking. Maybe they just moved in the place and that could be why..

Would rate this 0 stars. Says online they accept Medicaid and Medicare. Called made an appointment for a severely disabled person, made it very clear when I scheduled. They confirmed this would not be a problem. I go out of my way, get approval to take person from their nursing home, take time off my own job and pay out of pocket to get a medical transport for over $200. Get there 30 minutes early, fill out all the paperwork and wait. At exactly the appointment time, they call me up and say they can’t take care of someone with his needs. I explain that I relayed this to the person when I scheduled. They explain that’s just a call center not someone in office so they don’t know what abilities they have. How about get a competent call center, or maybe relay THIS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION to them ???? It’s an absolute sham and waste of time and money. Will be reporting this and expect to get some type of recourse for this. Absolutely unacceptable and discriminatory towards a disabled person. Pull it together!!!!

Best dentist I've ever had, seriously helped me when I felt hopeless

So far my visit has been amazing upfront and to the point. No hidden charges or fee's they made me feel like a person instead of treating me like a business unlike absolute dental. Everything was explained to me so I can understand what's going on you know like make it make sense so I appreciate this. I came in with pain and they did no try to do everything they I may need done. Just focused on the reason I came in today. So far I just found my primary dental care.

Your team got my bf in same day for extreme pain of a broken tooth. Thank you so much for taking out that tooth and meds for the infection. My bf is eating, sleeping, and smiling again. You guys are amazing!!!

The best Dentist in town. I highly recommend them over any dentist I've had for the last 50 years! They're great!
