One of my molars had cracked and I need it extracted, it was infected. I called and made an appointment with Dr. Falke, but it would not be for a month! I arrived for my appointment on a Monday afternoon. The tooth was painfully extracted, I was given antibiotics, pain killers and chlorhexidine. That night I was in awful pain. The next morning my jaw was swollen (expected) but my neck was red and swollen as well. I figured I need to get more antibiotics in me. Wednesday morning I knew something was wrong, this is not normal and called the office at 8:43am. Got a recording to leave a message and we'll get back to you. Called at 9:19am, got a recording leave a message we'll get back to you. Called 9:47am, got the recording, leave a message we'll get back to you. I checked online and it said they were open. Finally when no one had called me back, at 2:42pm the message had changed! Said, WE ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE TODAY, leave a message and we'll get back to you! I called again at 4:13pm still not hearing back from anyone, and at 6:38pm. By now my jaw is red and swollen, but my throat/neck is red and swollen too. It felt like I was being strangled but could breathe. I figured they would be in the next day and call me. When they did not, I found he was on VACATION!!! There was never and word of this when I was at their office for the extraction! Finally I was able to text him and hours later he responded with who is this? I don't have reception...sent him pictures...he said it's not normal, but I'm not worried...but I AM. Said he would call in Rx for swelling... I waited for HOURS before leaving the pharmacy with no rx called in. Feeling like my throat was so tight, I went to my dentist's office. She sent me to another Oral Surgeon who was nice enough to see me. He upped the antibiotics, but I think the swelling in my neck was an allergic reaction to chlorhexidine. THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL FROM DR. FALKE WHEN HE RETURNED FROM VACATION as to how I was!!!! But his office did call me weeks later about my follow up appointment...NO WAY! Note: When I spoke to his office about the rx and she told me he was on vacation, I said that would have been nice to tell me, she replied we can't tell all our patients when we are on vacation, I said you could tell the ones you are doing oral surgery on a day or two before!
I had to get a tooth extracted last year and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Nice office location. Not crowded at all. My extraction site healed quickly and no need to follow up. I also got a refund in the mail almost a year later, not sure if that was an insurance billing issue or what but no complaints here!
Will sit on insurance information until Insurance denies claim for stale dated claim and then comes after the client for full payment. Sorry I'm escalating an inquiry with the insurance commission for fraud. You've refused to Bill my claims for months until it was too late. Well I'm not one to sweep latter under the rug.
I needed a dental implant. Dr. Falke made the entire experience better than I expected. It started with his Staff, the tender care of his assistant, and his confident and painless placement of the implant. I recommend him to all with no concern. They will be equally pleased.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
