Sage Dental Care's Online Review Report Card

I really like this office! Very professional, but also so friendly! The staff is amazing, and between the root canal and the cleaning, they are also so gentle.

I reached out via email as the office is not answering their phones. My son has a dental emergency with a possible abscess tooth and is suffering in excruciating pain. Unfortunately, we currently do not have insurance due to disability, and instead of being able to get him seen for this emergency, I was told he must first establish as a new patient. I was also informed that the next available appointment for new patients is not until February 2026. This situation is extremely concerning, as my son is suffering and may become seriously ill if the abscess worsens. He is also autistic, which makes managing pain and distress especially difficult for him.

Both Dr. Branco and Dr. Kim along with their whole team are by far the most professional and compassionate dentists I have had the pleasure of being cared for by. Being a veteran with trust challenges, it took a long time for me to find people that I felt comfortable allowing so close to me. Both doctors showed understanding and patience that allowed me to ease in and helped me ease the anxieties that I suffered from. Also, Marlie Rocks! If you are looking for a super awesome DH she's it!!!

Having a history of dental anxiety I am SO pleased to have found Sage. I never feel I’m “just a patient” everyone is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Not to echo everyone else who have found this office to be amazing - but I agree 100%!! * Gina is always on top of everything * Hilda is hands down the best hygienist EVER * Dr. Kim is kind and willing to work with me when I need a break. * And Jose too - he’s a perfect addition to this team.

Gina at the front desk is amazing and Dr. Branco and his great stuff are actually fixing what my last dentist did that cost me a fortune and was done incorrectly. It's costing me half the price and it's being done correctly and I am so happy with the progress after going for close to a year now. They are so professional and have state of the art equipment. I would recommend them to my family members and friends for sure!

I was looking for a place that would do entire implants for 2 adjoining teeth in house. This quote is take directly off of Sage's website: "We are happy to provide the entire implant treatment process (including both surgery and restoration) right here in one convenient office location to help you remain at-ease with the team you know and trust". Sounded great. Was willing to use them even though I really like my own dentist (he only does the crown portion and was sending me to an oral surgeon for the posts, already had the bone graft done) . Jean could not tell me whether or not they could actually do it or have to send me to an oral surgeon as well. I would have to pay for another complete exam with xrays, although my dentist just did it last week, and then they "might be able to do it in house". I live down the street from this place so it would have been really convenient if they could actually provide the service they claim to offer, although I have several neighbors that told me they've had really bad experiences there and would never go back. I do appreciate Jean's honesty, but why waste everyone's time? If you don't do it all in house don't claim you do.
