Scott Boyden's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Boyden is simply the best! I'm in my 40's so getting a wisdom tooth removed is never fun at that age. But this was the easiest surgery and recovery I've ever had! Only needed to take OTC meds for the little discomfort that I had for maybe a day or so. His staff are very knowledgeable, nice and comforting. Won't go elsewhere and I always refer him to anyone needing oral surgery.

I came here under extreme pain and Dr Boyden was not only friendly and communicative; he was one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The operation was so quick that even though I recover quickly from pain suppresants, I felt no pain during the operation and was able to complete a full 10 hour shift afterwards.

Had my oral surgery with Dr. Boyden yesterday. The surgery went well.Dr. Boyden explained everything and answered any questions that I may have have. They did a good job putting in the IV. After the surgery the doctor explained the post-op instructions to both me and my husband. I was given a booklet of instructions. A request was sent to my pharmacy for antibiotics, pain and nausea meds. All in all it was an excellent experience.

The front office staff was pleasant and professional. She explained all the billing and the coordination with my dentist for my procedure. Dr. Boyden was friendly and thorough. He explained the procedure and answered any questions that I had. <br>I was very happy with my visit.

Dr. Boyden and his staff are amazing! I had implant surgery for two teeth and the process was easy. They are friendly, and did an amazing job! Dr. Scott Boyden is experienced and takes his work seriously. He is kind and informative and does excellent work! I had no adverse effects from any of the stages of the implant process. I highly recommend using his team and expertise!

Okay, OMG Janet or Janice is the rudest person that I have ever dealt with. Dr. Boyden was known for treating patients with dignity and respect and so was his staff but this girl is awful. She hung up on me hard and without saying goodbye when I called for another consult with Dr. Boyden on another tooth. I called back to tell her that I did not appreciate her behavior at all and she kept using my name snidely. Ex. I said that I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in his office, ever and asked to speak to an office manager. <br>She said, "Pamela, we don't have an office manager and we never have."<br>I said that I'm going to drop by to make a complaint and she said, "Go ahead Pamela, we'll be here until 3:30."<br>I have had great experiences with Dr. Boyden and his staff in the past but I'm not going to deal with an obstinate and rude girl so that I can spend a few grand getting another implant. I'm sure that there are other excellent oral surgeons with excellent staff who will do a great job too.

Unfortunately I needed the services of an oral surgeon when a 35 year old root canal became infected. I was referred to Dr Boyden for extraction. I arrived at 8:30, in the chair by 8:35 and in the car at 8:59. He and his team were most efficient, caring, knowledgeable and damn fast! Thank You.

I cannot praise Dr. Boyden and his staff highly enough! Yesterday, I had my sixth oral surgery, my first with Dr. Boyden. Dr. Boyden’s credentials are most impressive. In addition, he is caring and communicates very well. His staff is kind and organized. Their Covid precautions made me feel very safe. On line registration was great. Pre and post op instructions are very clear. I can honestly say that I was in the best of hands. Usually, I am a very anxious patient, but I can honestly say that I had no anxiety yesterday. I am very grateful.

Dr. Boyden and his crew are very professional. They took excellent care of my 14 year old. He gives his honest opinion, is thorough, gives great explanations and is gentle. Highly recommend by our orthodontist also!
