Dr.Zamboni’s office staff is rude. They don't want to do their job. I was frequently told- i will leave a note, they are working on it, we are doing the best we can, etc….. When your health is involved these excuses don't fly with me- DO YOUR JOB!

Dr. Zamboni has always been kind, attentive and understanding. She has been my primary for about 4 years now, and has become the primary for my whole family and has been great to all of us!

I want to Dr. Zamboni for many years when I worked both state and federal jobs at the same time, this was over 8 yrs.ago. She was the one that kept my test going until she sent me to Stanford, when I was diagnosed with lupus. If it wasn't for her I would've never received the correct treatment that I'm having at this time. All the other doctors were just putting me on the back burner saying it was all in my head. But Thank God! she stayed with me until it was resolved. Thank You Doctor.

I have been with Shannon Zamboni for over 15 years. She is a well-educated practicing generalist who is familiar with a great number of general ailments and their treatments, and is also extremely conscientious about monitoring threatening situations. When I first developed an elevated PSA, she immediately flagged my case for repeated visits, biopsies, and surgery scheduling, including having her staff locate me when I was out of town. Thanks to her activity on my behalf, my prostate cancer was interrupted before it became malevolent. I have complete confidence in her.

Dr. Zamboni is incredibly caring and amazing primary care doctor.

I love the Dr's. BUT WAITING FOR REFILL FOR 3 WEEKS. I left 3 messages to refill desk. NO reply. My pharmacy sent 2 requests. NO REPLY.

Professional, straight to the point, knows her profession, and everyone that is in the office is very nice and inviting. She has took care of my partner and I when we moved here by our first visit and helped me receive short term disability benefits due to my back and trigeminal neuralgia. Thank you! 10/10

The front desk was very welcoming and made the paperwork process efficient. I waited in the waiting room for about 1 hour after my appointment time and then was seated in a back room where I was briefly seen by a nurse. I waited there for 10 minutes before being moved to another room where I waited for another 10 minutes before seeing the doctor. When she finally came in she was extremely nice and she listened to all of my concerns. I explained I didn’t have a lot more time and needed to leave soon due to the wait and she understood. She gave me all of the information straight away and went over my options. In the brief time I sat with her I can confidently say she was the best doctor that I’ve ever seen and I will definitely be coming back.

Looking for a primary doctor in this area is not easy. Moving to Washoe Valley weeks before shutdown, left the procedure difficult to say the least. I found a Doctor in the Carson Tahoe group and found the system to be extremely difficult as well as frustrating . I had an appointment with whom I was hoping would be my primary for a physical. That was October 2020 and I am still waiting for the referrals I was promised. Long ( frustrating) story short.. my Sister in law highly recommended Dr Zamboni. After waiting over a month for a new patient appointment, she was everything I was looking for in a primary. Even her nurse was a delight. She was down to earth and straight to the point. She gave me sensible reasoning for my questions, found several tests last Dr. didn’t preform for my physical. She was thorough and compassionate. I now feel I am in good hands in my new location.
