On January 3rd, 2023 I broke my left foot (fibula). Dr. Cassinelli examined my injury, clearly explained what to expect and his recommendation for surgery. The surgery was performed on January 16th. Here I am 4 months after the surgery, not just walking comfortably but also able to run and get back to my hobbies. I don't think I would have had a such speedy recovery without Dr. Cassinelli and his amazing team. Thank you!!!

Dr Cassinelli is a savor in our family. we met Dr minutes before he was doing a critical surgery on my foot. He made me and even more important my wife very confident and put us at ease during a very scary time. He and the entire staff at ROC has made us feel like family. They care for their patients and our well being is their first priority. I look forward to seeing Dr and the entire staff at ROC. I have been a patient there for almost a year and recently my wife had an old surgery that was done by another Dr ( Not ROC) give her issues and we used ROC urgent care and the treatment there was the best urgent care experience we’ve ever had. We can not say enough about Dr Cassinelli and the entire ROC Staff. I would not recommend going any where else for any Orthopedic needs.

From front desk, medical assistant to doctor visit they were all friendly and professional. Doctor was in time which stood out and he was very thorough with my two concerns. Gave options and he knows his stuff!!!

Dr. Cassinelli and ROC were amazing during my surgery and every step along the way. They were always easy to reach out to with any questions and mad me feel very comfortable every visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a shredded Achilles tendon and a large bursa and bone spur. Many before Dr. Cassinelli, discouraged surgery as it is brutal and I was 69 yers old. I came through with flying colors and was a week ahead of schedule on my recovery. I can walk, hike again. Not only is he a great surgeon, he’s a really nice guy!

I had serious issues from a previous diagnosis on an ankle and foot fracture. Dr. Cassinelli alleviated the problems of which there were many through a very complicated surgery. I can walk without pain and have a solid foundation to continue continuing recovery.
