List of Sridevi Challapalli's Reviews
Dr Sridevi Challapalli is a very patient, caring physician. She takes time with me to explained things, and confirm my understanding. I am able to feel confident with her knowledge and expertise.
Message says holding times are currently excessive. Should say that no one will answer regardless how long you wait. Will be requesting a referral to another Doctor. Chalapalli is great. Just impossible to reach which does not do me any good.
I had been ill in 2022 with pneumonia, covid, c-diff, then arrhythmia hit and I found out it had affected one of my heart valves so seriously my blood flowed backwards. Dr Challipalli was instrumental in helping me get into a Clinical Trial at UC Davis that subsequently placed two clips in my heart through transcatheter and I just got my annual review and I am very well!
Dr. S. Challapalli was very attentive asked me a lot of questions. About why I was there and after I explained my reasoning she scheduled an appointment of a heart cath. Once the heart cath. was completed I had another doctor come to the room where I was. He advised me he was summoned by Dr. Challapalli and I had major blockage and my triple bypass was scheduled the next morning. I have no complaints and nothing but praises for Dr. Challapalli. If it were not for her I would most likely not be her today. Thank you, Dr. Challapalli
Your phone service for appointments and communication is terrible. I called and waited over 20 minutes for someone to come on the phone. My time is valuable, too. I would refer friends to Dr. Challapalli, but I doubt they could ever make an appointment because of the inability to communicate. I have requested that my medical records be sent to another doctor. Hopefully my written request will have more success than my telephone call.
Dr. Challapalli was nice enough on my initial visit for my irregular heart beat. I filled out their forms with my medication listed for Thyroid and amount. She talked to me about A Fib, medications (but not Thyroid meds), etc., but failed to know (which she should have) that too much Thyroid can cause irregular heart beat. She wanted me to come back and do all kinds of tests. Doing my own research I found this out about Thyroid medication, then I decreased my amount and my heart returned to normal.
Dr. Challapalli is extremely thorough and caring and takes a personal interest. When my husband was dying, she was very supportive of my emotional state.
I have recently moved from Reno, but have been Dr. Challapalli’s patient for at least 10 years plus. She is very thoughtful and friendly and spends enough time with you to answer questions. Explains everything patiently and doesn’t rush you. Excellent doctor.
Dr. Challappali is great. She is thorough, easy to talk to and speaks in terms that I understand. She is also very knowledgeable and I actually enjoy my visits.
She spends the entire appointment on the computer, never making eye or physical contact (she’s a cardiologist and listened to my heart once at the end of my first appointment). She doesn’t listen and interrupts, just rushing everything along as fast as possible so she can get to the next appointment. I had two appointments and the first one was all of 8 mins (I timed it on my cell phone). The second one, reviewing test results, etc., a total of 6 mins. At this second meeting, she hadn’t even reviewed my test results ahead of time. She may be an excellent clinician, but she is also an example of everything that’s wrong with modern medicine. Never again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
