Susan Park's Online Review Report Card

I really like Dr. Park. She was professional, yet nice and very responsive to my needs and concerns. She performed a more complete physical than I have had in years. She told me about options I had for treatment of my conditions, but did not push me at all. She was very open to my decisions about not furthering my treatment even though I could feel that she wanted to be able to do something for me. She was gentle and kind.

Not a good listener and jumps to conclusions. Doesn't follow through with writing prescriptions.

My acupuncturist died and my GP left town. I thought it was the perfect time to get onboard with the Center for Integrative Medicine. Big mistake. While Dr. Park seems like a nice person, she is beholden to the AMA, CDC, and FDA, just like the rest of them. She was still requiring masks in her office in April 2022. I refuse to wear one, so I saw her online only once - never in person. Without knowing anything about me, she told me to eat a plant-based diet and get Fauci's clot shots. Even more hilarious, she told me I need to lose weight. My parents and siblings are ENORMOUS. They weigh in the 300-400 pound range. I have weighed about 128 for 25 years, yet she is "concerned" about my weight and even put in her notes that my weight "has gone up". I don't know where she got that information. It's fake news. I asked her to amend her notes and she refused. And she doesn't even do acupuncture! Totally useless!!! I will never see this doctor again and will not recommend her to anyone.

Non responsive, dismissive, cold and downright rude. Entire practice is poor. Dr Park does not respond to mychart messages in a timely manner, sometimes not at all, resulting in missed prescriptions and issues. Worse yet under her poor and negligent care I wound up with multiple ER trips and a major hospitalization which she could not be bothered to follow up on and then even ordered the wrong labs, gave no direction, and has been a terror to work with. Even in her waiting room I saw 2 different patients come in, one literally having just been to the ER themselves and one with a massive infection that was not healing, asking the front staff why Dr Park was not responding to messages or helping. Perhaps she is burned out, perhaps she was never good, but do not go see this woman or anyone in her practice.

Awful, awful experience. Seemed caring and capable at first but absolutely repeatedly ignored a major medical issue and missed so many obvious signs I nearly died. Waits days to respond to mychart messages, dismissive and slow moving on symptoms. Terrible nonexistent care, do not suggest to ANYONE.

Like a different reviewer here I too was in the ER, I NEARLY DIED. I wound up hospitalized for nearly a week. I got to this point in no small part due to how horribly my condition was left to deteriorate and be unattended to by Dr. Park. It seriously reached a point where I was sending messages BEGGING for help only to be fully ignored. Post ER visit the office did ZERO follow up, they didn't even order my correct labs!! I am still not out of the woods and this is a hellscape to navigate totally alone with a horrible doctor who is rude, unresponsive, and does not actually treat seriously ill patients. DO NOT SEE THIS WOMAN OR HER PRACTICE, they are all awful.

I was in ER for a serious problem. There was no follow up arranged by Dr. Park. I sent a message through the message board because you can't reach anyone by phone in this practice. This is the worst care I have ever received by a physician. Dr. Park calls herself "holistic" and I guess that means she does nothing.

DR. Park is awesome she is very understanding and caring person. My experiences with her were always positive and always came out with a good game how to get after my own personal health issues so i can be the best husband and father for my family.

Dr. Parks is very attentive, addressed all my concerns even things I didn’t know needed to be addressed. Takes her time, and I love that she can also look into my aches (knee and back pain), since she also studied integrative medicine. Would definitely recommend, from the waiting area playing meditation like music to her medical assistant being very nice.

Best Doctor I have found in Reno. Spends unhurried time with me. Answers all questions and conducts a very thorough exam. I trust her with my health 100%
