List of Swift Institute's Reviews
Mallory is a caring and compassionate Health Care provider. She listens carefully and answers all questions. C
Warning do not get treatment from this Practitioner. Unprofessional and Strange behaviors will ensue. I felt so much relief to see the other reviews that reflect what I experienced from this practitioner. I was in disbelief at the unprofessional demeanor, blunt and odd behaviors she exhibited. From the moment she stormed into the room she appeared disheveled and annoyed to have to spend one minute of her time talking to me. Bizarre and completely unwarranted patient maltreatment. She began with contradicting two actual doctor recommendations. Surprisingly she made false claims to the effect the procedures “don’t work” “waste of time” I was shocked because these were referred by physicians. I knew it was time to get out of there when she started barking at me and raising her voice after I asked about other alternative treatments. I guess she had somewhere else to be,because she became agitated and impatient to get rid of me ASAP.
I have been going to Mallory for my chronic back/ leg pain for over a year. She has always been a very compassionate provider and always exemplifies professionalism. When following her treatment plan, I can relax and know that her decisions will be made based on the best interest of my health. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with chronic pain issues.
I’ve been seeing Mallory for chronic back pain. She has always been very understanding with a gentle demeanor and great listening skills. She has always provided me with a high level of professional care.
My husband and I are both patients at Tahoe fracture. Everyone is kind and compassionate. EXCEPT your NP Mallory Cushner. She has had my wife crying after several appts with her. She does not like prescribing pain medication for patients. We feel like we are criminals when being seen by her. Please ask her to leave. Dr Goode and Dr Sullivan should not be represented by such an awful person with no compassion for their patients. Thank you.
I've been seeing Mallory for over two years and I have still not seen an ounce of compassion or caring for my condition. Most of the time she's more concerned about my meds than how I'm actually feeling. She has an accusatory and condescending way of speaking to me that makes me feel like I'm visiting a parol officer. If you don't mind being treated by an inexperienced condescending person go see her, if you're looking for compassionate help don't bother.
My husband paid a "specialist's fee" to see the APRN who seldom looked up from the computer and who could not answer our questions about his back. We were in and out, probably faster than Jiffy Lube. Also, this girl does not perform any procedures, and a procedure is what my husband was looking into.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
