First the canceled my moms doctor appointment due to weather conditions and then they say they can’t do anything about it this is ridiculous

You cannot get through to a human on the phone and they take DAYS to call back. I’ve had a prescription refill request pending for over a week (i really need it). The pharmacy has faxed it over twice, I’ve left multiple messages to no avail.

Very nice, listens to you, spends time to explain, been seeing him for years. Just a good doctor and, and a nice man.

I want to start off be saying I really like Dr, O’Gara but if you need to schedule an appointment or talk to a live person good luck! They do not have staff that actively answers calls. You are either stuck spending an hour on hold or you have to leave a message on a medical assistant’s vm and you never know when you will hear back! I have been trying to schedule an appointment all week because I desperately need to be seen, I was called back before business hours by the MA who told me to call back to schedule an appointment and I have left 3 messages last 3 days and NEVER heard back! Despite how much I like my primary Dr. but if it takes this much time and effort to make an appointment, I need to find another physician. I have never in my life had such a difficult time trying to connect with my Doctor.

I’ve see Dr. O’Gara for over 30 years and am so grateful he has been my PCP. Amazing, intuitive and comforting. Even the office and medical staff have been like family. What a blessing! Thank yo sooooo much!

Great Doctor. Went in for blood clots in my legs, saved me 275 bucks a month by given me different med. Good since of humor and no nonsense Doctor. Will recommend.

Seriously difficult to get ahold of over the phone.

Without getting into the fine details of my personal experience, I just want to say, as a person with extensive medical history, doctor Ogara is the most kind, personable and attentive doctor i’ve ever seen. Sadly I have been traumatized in the past from doctors who made me feel delusional and minimized my issues every chance they got. This has been such an issue for me that I have gone against medical advice and not seen a doctor because of my past treatment. Today, I walked into that office, stomach churning, once again expecting the worst. I was surprised to have met a kind and witty man who listened to me fully and completely. He never interrupted, was curious and made me feel heard and understood. He made me feel like the pain i’ve experienced for years was real and that HE believed me. We now have a plan going forward to help me figure this all out. I just want to say, from a medically traumatized individual, Doctor Ogara was a ray of hope for me. If you have anxiety surrounding medical professionals, or just want a quality doctor who actually cares about you and your health, go to Doctor Ogara. I am immensely grateful to have hope again.
