The treatments that I’ve been getting from Charlotte have barely made a difference. I Wasted so much time and money on laser treatments that don’t work. Only thing good about this place is the staff is really nice.

I came from out of state after having 3 different consultations, and I am glad I chose Dr. T Janiga and his team to perform my mommy makeover. I am 3 months post-op and loving my results. I know it will take a complete year before I will see full results with my body adjusting and having gone through major surgery. Hands down I would do it again. Having the Surgery center right next to Dr Janigas office was an added bonus. It didn't have the feeling of being at the hospital where it can feel very sterile, cold and inpersonal, my experience was awesome. From day 1 they have all been very welcoming and amazing! Great job Dr. Janiga and TEAM!

He's nice when he knows he will get your money. After care or your complaints, he could care less About you. I would NEVER go to this doctor if I knew this.

He didn't do a good job on my nose surgery, when I went for consultation, he told me I am perfect candidate but my nose turned out lopsided and he said there is nothing he can do and I should wait one year and now it has been more than a year and it still looks same.

After reading reviews for Dr. Janiga and looking at the before and after photos for the neck lift, I was very excited to schedule a consultation. When I called to make the appointment I was told that I would have to wait a couple of months, but I decided it was worth it. I also asked what the cost would be for this procedure, and I was told approximately $3000 for an in office neck lift. I finally got to go see the doctor several days ago, and first of all, it was quite disappointing to learn that he does not even offer a neck lift procedure. He said that there is no way to know where the neck ends and the face begins. So he began showing me many, many pictures of facelifts. Every single before and after photo was labeled “facelift”. This was after I told him that I did not want a facelift. I told him that I wanted the least invasive procedure possible, and I was really just concerned about my neck. The doctor did not think this was possible, and if not, why is he advertising it on his website? My consultation with Dr. Janiga was more like watching a video. He kept trying to convince me that I needed a facelift and he tried to instill doubt in me that an in office procedure would be satisfactory. He kept pushing the operating theater procedure which is more expensive and more invasive. When he offered me the opportunity to ask questions, before I could say anything, he launched into more of his fear, uncertainty and doubt pitch. He even showed me a picture of a past patient and told me that he didn’t think her results were very good because she didn’t go for the operating theater procedure. I felt sorry for her that she was being discussed this way. Fortunately by the time I was done talking to him, I had decided that I did not want to have him do any work on me. Good thing because then I went to his financial advisor who told me that the procedure would be almost 4 times as much as I was told on the phone, even for the in office one. And even more in the operating theater. I can’t believe I paid to have this consultation.

Staff was very sweet. Doctor explained and answered my questions. The information he gave me actually answered most of my questions.

May 2019 I had a double mastectomy with Dr. Janiga. There’s been several surgeries, fear, pain and a whole lot of love from my family and friends. However, I am so much stronger because of the wonderful care and support I received from Dr. Janiga and the Janiga staff. His work is absolutely incredible and I look 100% natural and feel 100% complete. That in itself is truly amazing to me. Dr. Janiga helped me through the most difficult time in my life. We are very blessed to have an amazing surgeon who helps those diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I'm eternally grateful 🙏💕

Had an amazing experience with Dr Tim Janiga and his staff. Super friendly and always answered any silly question I had by end of day or faster! I had heard horror story about offices that as soon as you paid them for the procedure it’s a complete 180 not with this office they are soooo great! I had a TT, MR, and Lipo I’m 3.5weeks post op still a lot of swelling but WOW! So far loving my results! I still had a lot of concerns and questions after surgery, same thing WOW they called me so fast always willing to see me to make sure I was good, I will never go anywhere else. I have already scheduled my next consult for A breast lift and augmentation lol. Hands down best PS in Reno. Both doctors are so professional, perfectionist, and knowledgeable.
