Everything was great except my hand got real infected from the nickel pins so I called to see if I could get some antibiotics sent pictures of my hand it hurt so bad. The nurse said it didn't look infected or swollen plus she never called me back, I waited all day in pain I called her back end of the day spoke to the Dr. I actually had to say I didn't want pain pills just antibiotics. That's what it took for them to perscribe antibiotics. I feel doctors should listen to their patients. Not everyone wants pain medicine. Dr. Dooley was great he fixed my broken finger and knuckle right away I saw him and 2 days later I was in surgery. The appointments almost no wait time, excellent reminders I love them they're all wonderful except the one incident. Thanks guys

He was pleasant but kept leaving the room to deal with another patient. This made it difficult to ask questions. I felt dropped. Example; Don’t tell me I have severe arthritis and not tell me what can be done about it. Also, if my nerve test was inconclusive, why don’t we have another test done. I left frustrated with not enough info.

Dr Dooley is the BEST! He’s always caring, takes the time to listen and address your concerns. He’s a great surgeon too! I’ve been seeing him for several years and he’s always been awesome.
