I was put into a room right away, the assistant came and did her part, however it took awhile to get the xrays of my foot. Even Dr. Hayes was ready to see me before they had taken the xrays:( Dr Hayes accessed my foot problem and provided me with an appropriate solution.

Thos office is the most efficient medical office I have ever been to. The staff is always kind and they get you in and out. Never have to wait. Dr. Hayes is great, he explains procedures and recommendations throughly. Definitely recommend this office and all the doctors.

Dr Hayes fused my big toe on left foot a couple of years ago. Have had no pain in that toe. Unfortunately I have a bit of arthritis in a smaller toe. So another shot of cortisone, always given with no pain and with extreme care. All the doctors at Great Basin are wonderful
