William Miyazaki's Online Review Report Card

I haven't been to Dr. Miyazaki for awhile but when last I had need for a doctor, it was him and he was the best doctor in Reno I've ever had.

Got the shingles so you can imagine the pain I was in, called them on friday night in tears and their phone wasn't answering and they had an operator that told me they would call me in the morning, waited until Monday for a message and never got one so called and was told I would have to wait until Tuesday for an appointment, showed up on my lunch break on Tuesday and the doctor took so long I never actually got to see them I had to return to work

I’ve gone to Miyazaki for about 5 years but after the experience I had today by whatever NP that saw me I won’t be back to the office again.

Dr. Miyazaki offers everything I have been looking for in a doctor. I have lived in Reno for 11 years and been though a ton of doctors due to various health concerns and I have not been fully satisfied until I started going to Dr. Miyazaki. He takes the time to listen to each concern I have during each visit. He is not afraid to order tests to make sure they back up his diagnosis or rule out other possibilities. He always takes me serious if a medication is not working for me or has side effects that I would rather avoid. Even Emily, his lead medical assistant, is friendly and approachable. She always makes sure everything is updated in my chart before Dr. Miyazaki comes in, and follows up on my medications and lab orders quickly. I am very happy with the care I have received at this practice.

Super friendly office staff, medical assistant, and doctor is great. Good bedside manner, and soft spoken. Doesn't rush and listens well.

My 96 year old mother sees Dr. Miyazaki and has been going to him for over 10 years now. He is so good with her and always takes the time to listen to and address all of our questions and concerns regarding her health. He never rushes us out the door. Dr. Miyazaki genuinely cares about his patients. Too bad all doctors are not this caring and compassionate.

He was my Doctor for 23 years! I moved in 2014! The best Doctor I have ever had! I’m 69 years! He listens to you and very Knowledgeable!

I only go because of the NP, and I like her, but the staff and Dr. M are horrible. Refills are impossible to get and they r not pain pills either. I have to fight with the office to do prior authorizations on important meds like insulin. Thank God when I got my endocrinologist, he took over my insulin but it was was a pain to get this office to do it and ran out sometimes. And the staff is just rude on the phone and Dr. M constantly wants to see u just to get ur copay even when u just need something simple and you were just in the office a few weeks ago. They have confused me with other patients (like assuming I was the patient before me and hands me their bill even before I can give the girl my name) Avoid this office if u can.

Dr. Miyazaki is a wonderful doctor. He always takes the time to listen to you and get you the care you need. I would highly recommend him.

Terrible, unorganized, don't care about the patients. Behind times. Can't even get a refill on prescriptions. 15 year patient there. Totally is inadequate. They make me feel ill because they can't. Even fill a prescription, such as blood pressure, stating. That doctors office will give me a heart attack. Terrible month after month.
