I met my new gastroenterologist, William Pfau, M.D. , today, and I am delighted and impressed with his expertise and his rapport with patients. While I couldn't see his whole face because of a COVID mask, his demeanor was professional, caring & compassionate. He was patient, answered all of my questions & addressed all of my concerns with interest and thoroughness. The entire staff at Reno Digestive Health Center are exemplary, professional, pleasant & caring.

If you are looking for a digestive doctor in the Reno area and you want the best doctor available, you need to set an appointment with Dr. Pfau. Hes been my doctor for the last 5 years and he continues to meet or exceed all my expectations. You will not be disappointed. Remember, the best is worth waiting for.

Dr. Pfau is the best doctor I have ever had. I was able to get into see him quickly, he ordered several tests, and he quickly followed up with the proper diagnosis and treatment. He was reassuring, kind, and attentive. I felt like a priority. I could call his office anytime with questions, and he and his nurse were quick to respond. I highly recommend Dr. Pfau. In my opinion, he is the best gastroenterologist in Reno!

Dr Pfau is a specialist that runs you in one office, schedules a procedure weeks later, then runs you through another (inept, poorly staffed, managed and maintained) clinic later. Expect to be given devastating, life changing news moments after choking awake from anesthetic and having him fear-monger his staff into backing his play rather than offering kind words to his grieving patients then sending you a certified letter from his administration refusing to care for you anymore as you collapse in a sobbing heap in his parking lot waiting for your family to pick you up.
