Dr Thomas is thorough and clear. Explains conditions and treatments and answers any questions or concerns. Her staff (Gwen, Laura) are excellent and knowledgeable . You can leave an issue with them and they will follow through with the doctor without delays. I am still delighted to be able to phone and have a human answer the phone. I have left MDVIP several times because of the cost, but it's a jungle out there... I come back to MDVIP and the kind of care we got years ago with our family doctor.

Dr. Thomas and her staff are very kind and caring. They always follow through and make my husband and I feel they are truly concerned about us. Like family.

Dr. Thomas is an excellent doctor. She has been my doctor for 11 years. She listens and follow-up on every aspect of health. She is proactive and her goal is the very best health for each individual.

Dr. Thomas is a terrific physician and could not be more pleased with her practice.

Discriminated against my insurance I called and asked if they were accepting new patients, the first question, "What kind of insurance do you have?" I told the receptionist. She said, "We are not." Thank you for letting me know my money isn't good enough here

She was a good doctor, I just won't recommend her to anyone due to the fact she seems to care more about her bottom line instead of her patients. I did recommend friends in the past but have steered many away now after how I was treated. It shows how she cares about her patients with her endeavor with a concierge business plan now.

Normally, i do not bother with reviews. After reading the previous lastest two reviews, I felt compelled to comment. First, I appauld Dr. Thomas for scaling back her practice in order to give good quality care. This was not a money making proposition, but a way to truly take care of her patients. Second, not everyone is suited for this type of arrangement. The doctor, who is in charge, has the right to screen her patients for a good fit. I have found Dr Thomas to be a wonderful, caring and intelligent individual. You will have a difficult time in the greater Reno, Sparks area of finding a better doctor.

Worst experience ever. This doctor has a "concierge practice" and we pay $1800 a year for the "privilege" of having her as my husband's doctor. She advertises that this money covers services that insurance won't cover. However, the one time my husband saw her in the past year, she gave him a tetanus shot, which the insurance declined, and they billed him not only for the shot but for an "administrative fee" for sending the bill!!! Needless to say, we a DONE with this poor excuse for a doctor.

I was a patient of Dr. Thomas for about 18 years and think she is the best!!!! However she decided to scale back her practice and joined a "concierge" group. Unfortunately I can't afford $1600 a year for each of us just to have the ability to see her. We are struggling to find a family practice doctor and we really miss her.

Doctor Thomas was a great doctor. Since my wife and I could not join VIPMD, she has dropped us as patients since we could not afford the 1600 dollar a year service fee. And her office did not even bother to tell us we were dropped until we attempted to make appointments. Very sad for a doctor who said she cared about her patients.
