Jason Mckenzie's Online Review Report Card

Staff is incredibly rude. I have witness front office speaking horribly on the phone to people on the other line and face to face with other patients. Also extremely rude and condescending on the phone to me an my husband. Also sent me to collections for non payment. I paid the bill... they sent me to collections a week after payment date. my balance was 0. I had to spend hours on the phone to get rectified.

This review was written for patient: George Cruz Dr. Jason McKenzie is extremely rude, unethical, and unprofessional. I had been literally down and unable to even get out of bed hardly with sciatica issue and had to take leave from my Govt job....to recover at home. He has the audacity to send me a certified letter stating he will no longer be treating me as I missed a follow up appointment I knew nothing about. I could barely go to the rest room let alone drive and walk anywhere how was I supposed to even know or get there. Un-believable. He is so rude and I will NEVER go there again. He eats your insurance money and makes you get appointments for simple things that shouldnt be charged for. BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE. George Cruz

Great place. Everyone nice. Winton because my ears have been plugged for the last few months on and off and I thought I needed the ear nose and throat specialist. He hooked me up with the best ear cleaner I ever had and now I know people have been talking about me because I can hear everything! Lol no wait and got in right on time. Definitely I need to know spot if you want amazing service and treatment by a doctor that let you know that he cares. Great job Dr mckenzie. See you in 3 weeks

This guy was really disrespectful towards me and didn't give me the information I was looking for. He was also very condescending and never actually helpful. Please do not make an appointment here if you want to be respected.

Awesome Doctor!

Dr. McKenzie was extremely unprofessional and rude during my recent visit, to the point that I will no longer visit his office and would never recommend him. We had a difference of opinion on a topic and instead of providing professional counsel as my doctor he berated me and said I haven't done research. I tried to provide him with my research and facts I had learned but he discounted anything I said. We obviously live in a world of intolerance, but I didn't expect this type of behavior from a professional doctor. Aside from this experience, I was never impressed with Dr. McKenzie's medical knowledge and lack of advice. He always seemed rushed and wouldn't provide much information.

McKenzie is very knowledgeable. Me, my wife and kids all like him. He is very good with the kids and answers all questions we have. If you want empathy or sympathy, dont go here. McKenzie is straight to the point. He will tell you what ails you and takes all needed steps to treat you. I have never left here feeling like I was not taken care of or treated disrespectful. I do like that I can get in and out quickly and have all my needs taken care of properly without unnecessary side conversations. I would recommend him to anyone with these same expectations.

If I Had a choice for zero stars I would've listed that. The women at the front desk are very kind, helpful and VERY loyal to Dr. McKenzie- And lucky for him he should be grateful. Caution: if you go Against the doctor the front desk staff go from Dr. Jekyll to Mr hyde in a snap!!!! Dr. McKenzie is less to be desired. He has no bedside manner! I understand that he has many patients but the least he can do is look through the chart before coming into the room to Know the name of the patient.

The bedside manner is absolutely terrible. It's always a very quick "what's going on?" and here you go. Ever time I've been seen by Dr Mckenzie I feel as though I'm wasting his time, or taking up to much time if I have questions regarding my situation. My last straw with this office was for a refill of my birth control. I was not informed by any staff at this office that they require an annual physical to get the prescription renewed so I ran out (3 years is standard for woman with normal results). There was no curtesy call from the office or anything. I had to make an appointment in a hurry and when I got there Dr Mckenzie acted as if he had no idea why I was there. So incredibly frustrating! It's all about generating invoices with this office. Also, the office staff are not very nice either. They have absolutely no phone skills and/or people skills. Just two old woman who act as if the world owes them something... I will never go back or refer this practice. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want decent primary care.
