The BEST 👍🏼😁💯 THANK YOU 💖‼️💯😁
The staff is too busy playing on their phones than doing their jobs. Can't get any answer from Dr or the Staff. Been trying to get the MRI they wanted before next visit. Been 3 weeks and no answers. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
Very kind and considerate. Everyone in the office is pleasant and professional. His assistant, Adrian, is especially wonderful. Happy to have found this office
Rushed appointment no indicator that the treatment would be incredibly painful. No bedside manner very limited ability to listen and address concerns. Dr Mooney actually created more issues for me than wart’s. I am just resolving major back issues. After two months of being hobbled by a caustic solution that caused incredible puss filled blisters and unbearable pain. That needed to be frequently lanced to allow puss and fluid out. Two months!!!! He accused me of rushing the outcome. There are definitely better physicians in Reno. There is no excuse for what I experienced it was just cruel and unusual. Horrible
This guy has a chip on his shoulder. By his conversation it seems it may be because he is a podiatrist and “not a real doctor.” What does that even mean? He is condescending, attempted to make things my fault, and actually did nothing to help me with my foot problem. He needs to get a new job.
I would not recommend Dr. Mooney. I have been dealing with a toenail issue for 10 years now and he decided to test it for toenail fungus which came back negative. He told me my only option was to permanently remove it and that beauty wasn’t everything. As a 20-year-old permanently removing a toenail was not an option. He’s very insensitive and shows no compassion. I recently just went to my dermatologist to have it tested again for fungus which came back positive. He gave me the wrong diagnosis and then made me feel bad about it.
Dr Mooney is disrespectful. He blames his patients for their problems and has very little constructive advise for his patients. He makes his patients feel their lack of success from treatment is all their fault and that he doesn’t know what the cause is and how to treat it. I left feeling disappointed in myself and him.
Rushed appointment. Contradicted himself next appointment. Then became confrontational and condescending. During the appointment. Offered very little constructive advice. Really tried to make me feel like it was my fault for the issues I had.
I am a current bunion correction patient one week post surgery. I selected Dr. Mooney based on his credentials and his expertise in lapiplasty. I couldn’t be more impressed. His diagnosis and pre-op surgery plan was provided to me in great detail. And the surgery went exactly as he explained. Office visits have been courteous, wait times nominal ( within minutes of appt. time). Given the time he spent with me on my first appt., I can see that each condition is different so I would have accepted and understood if my appt wait time was longer. He is personable and took the effort to get to know me. He’s a cool guy and it is has been a pleasure to have him as my physician to treat this longstanding condition. I would recommend Dr. Mooney without hesitation or reservation. The neighboring hospital has a nice community feeling.
I’d never recommend this doctor. I’m a nurse and I would NEVER treat my patients like this doctor and office staff did me. His staff are rude, unprofessional and he is very arrogant and lacks compassion. If you love your loved one seek another doctor/office!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
