Her office runs smooth as glass, all test equipment works and there are private exam rooms (yes, you would these are a given), professional staff, spotless premises. Dr. Wakil is professional and accurate, explains things well. She's doing my cataract surgery and I look forward to seeing again.

Please make sure before coming in for an appointment that you are aware of the coverage difference between a routine eye exam and a medical exam. They will not tell you this and you may be stuck paying a bill you were not aware of. I’ve had to make many calls with this office, half the time I never got a call back and I had call multiple times just to get a copy of my medical records. The billing manager is absolutely horrible. She got upset with me because I told her she was wrong in her understanding of how services are coded (she thinks what a doctor does and how the services are coded are separate of each other, which they are not; scary she believes this) and she was very unprofessional. She was incredibly defensive and kept telling me she didn’t appreciate me telling her she was wrong. I was so disgusted with my experience after I was billed that this has jaded me and I would not recommend this facility.

COVID conscious office. Felt safe during my experience. Intelligent and caring doctors.

A very efficient office with great doctors and staff.

This office takes forever. I wasn't even warned in advance that my eyes would be dilated and they claimed my doctor a primary care physician that would know nothing about what they are doing should have warned me. How is that her responsibility? They also told me it's perfectly safe to drive with dilated eyes which is funny because every other eye doctor I've been to ever says you have to have a driver when your eyes are being dilated. Fortunately I had someone with me. This is just a bad eye doctors office all around.

My appointment was negligently not put on the schedule. I was 15 minutes early. Rather than squeeze me in near my scheduled appointment I was put in at the end of all the morning appointments. For an 11:15 appt I was seen at 1:15. Very poor office patient management.

Dr. Auringer is a fantastic doctor. Very light touch and very informative and personable. I travel 200 miles round-trip every 7 weeks to be treated by him and it is worth every mile.

She’s great but the wait times are ridiculous. Be prepared for 2.5 -3 hrs for just an annual eye exam. Seems to me they need better office Management and better appointment scheduling.

Great eye doctor, did both of my cataract surgeries. That said, the wait times and appointment difficulties are ridiculous (she has cancelled appointments on me several times). If you go here,plan on spending the entire morning or afternoon.
