I had been told that my allergy test was inconclusive, by another Dr. I had many symptoms, but no diagnosis. Albany ENT & Allergy, was very thorough and detected a variety of things that I am allergic to. Jenna is amazing. She is very skilled and most attentive.

I ended up here after an gastro related endoscopy but it turns out, I really needed an ENT and allergist. Maggie West-Bump is phenomenal. Out of all of my providers I ever have had, I never had someone explain things so clearly and comprehensively, laying out all options and scenarios. And you can tell Maggie is fully committed to you during your appointment- no feeling of being rushed at all.

I've been waiting 3 months for a call back. Literally 12 weeks. I was told that I need surgery and they have to submit approval to my insurance company. That was 12 weeks ago. I sent several messages through their useless patient portal with no response. When I called the front desk I was told "well there's only one person scheduling surgeries for the entire office so you're just going to have to wait for a call.".. what a joke. BY FAR the most careless office I've dealt with. I scheduled my initial appointment in March, knowing that I needed surgery and we're almost into August. Still in pain, still can't breathe out of my left nostril. Thanks, great patient care. If you'd like to waste your time and money and don't mind suffering in pain with no end in sight then I'd recommend Albany ENT. But if you actually need care and assistance I'd recommend you look elsewhere, like I now have to. Thank you for wasting my time for 4 months.

I went here for the urgent care and was SO SURPRISED at how incredible the provider was. She took her time with me and addressed EVERY SINGLE concern I had. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location. Thank you for being so incredible and caring. I have follow up appointments and I actually look forward to answers.

My visit with Dr set zen was amazing. In my 69 years of living, he is the best Doctor I have ever experienced. His knowledge, bedside manner and patience exceeds all expectations!

I had a late afternoon appointment with Michael Rizzuto the PA. He was very thorough and listened to all of my thoughts. It was nice to sit with someone who took the time to listen and did not jump to his own conclusions. We worked as a team and came up with a proper diagnosis.

I WENT FOR A CONSULTATION AND THE DOCTOR LOOKED UP MY NOSE FOR ABOUT 5 SECOND WITH A LIGHT AND WAS CHARGED 400 DOLLARS AND A COPAY OF 150 ,I WILL BE CANCELLING MY APPOINTMENT NEXT MONTH AS FAR AS IM COCERN IT IS MEDICAL FRAUD

The Doctors and nurses are amazing, 5/5. But I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a surgery for over a year. I have left multiple messages and have yet to hear anything.
