Andrew Rosenbaum's Online Review Report Card

Finally saw a specialist after years of dealing with a reoccurring swelling of a left ankle. While I am still doing follow-ups and an ultrasound for further diagnosis, I was given a cortisone shot which within a day reduced the swelling to normal and has allowed me to function normally. Dr Andrew was easy to deal with and explained all the procedures and potential causes although we can't be sure without further examination. Many thanks, I'm walking normally! Followup appointments:First an ultrasound in which a tendon has been stressed due to my flat feet. The following week I had a another visit to discuss the full findings. A surgery is recommended to repair the issue which will require several months of rehab. But the good news is that this reoccurring issue is something treatable and not something I have to just live with. Have to keep using a great foot wrap to ease pressure on the tendon which helps a lot. We scheduled surgery in the late fall but still hoping it just heals with all this pampering. Wishful thinking but grateful to Dr. Rosenbaum.

Dr. Andrew is pro and takes the time to explain your issues and formulates a course of treatment that deals with your problem. Couldn't be happier that he has my case. Thank you!

I have struggled with arthritis in my ankle for many years. I had an ankle replacement by Dr Rosenbaum last summer. I never expected how well this would turn out. I can play baseball( and run) with my grandkids, skied all winter without any discomfort. My gait is normal, no limp. I wish I had it done sooner. I work in physical therapy . Dr Rosenbaum was highly recommended and now I know first hand why..Not only an excellent surgeon but very pleasant, easy to talk to. Actually all the staff were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.That is my impression after a year of appointments with a great outcome!

Terrible. He performed corrective surgery on my right foot. I request time and again to see him the woman says go to urgent care. I only saw Rosenbaum one time. His reception is vulgar rude and condensending. Surgery was in January . The pain is off the charts I cannot walk on it at all. Since he refuses to follow up I am now driving 3 hours to Rochesterband been diagnosed with chronic regional pain syndrome due to his neglect. I may never get my life back. I beg you do not go here.

Staff are attentive and friendly and efficient. Dr. Rosenbaum is a top notch doctor who listens to you. Very pleased going to the Bone and Joint Center- all of our experiences with this group have been positive.

When I arrived I was taken within 5 minutes and put in a room for the doctor. Doctor Rosenbaum was very pleasant. He explained the upcoming procedure thoroughly, and addressed any of the concerns or questions that I had. He didn't try to rush me through the visit. He was highly recommended by friends who have seen him previously. Now I understand. He actually treats you like a person, not a number. Best doctor ever!

I was shocked when I read other reviews. As each case is so specific to the person. Not everything can be fixed to our satisfaction. Doctors are not miracle workers. My experience with Dr. Rosenbaum was a very good one! He is caring, and listens well. he took time out of his busy schedule to do surgery on my ankle on a Saturday. I would trust him to do any other kind, orthopedic treatments that I may need down the road. In addition, I have talk to different people within the Bone & Joint Center and he often gets rave reviews from staff And even ancillary staff. St. Peter’s Hospital told me that he would be my best doctor for my serious ankle fracture. Too bad. The people with good experiences are adding reviews.

He’s always personable and listen to your issues. He is precise with injections and makes them as painless as possible. Always satisfied with the care.
