I’ve never had an experience with a healthcare provider like I did today with Dr. Banagan. Not only did she listen to my concerns, she spoke to me like a friend. I felt instantly comfortable with her. She answered my multiple questions with patience and honesty. After months of seeing specialists and feeling unheard, dismissed, and like I was wasting their time, this was such a refreshing experience and gave me a lot of hope. Dr. Banagan was an amazing example of how a provider should approach and interact with patients. 100% worth the drive from Kingston and should I have any orthopedic concerns in the future, I will definitely be back.

One in a million doctor! My mom had a very challenging spinal surgery case. Dr. Banagan did an amazing job operating on my mother - her back pain is gone and her quality of life is so much better now! While her surgical skills alone make Dr. Banagan one of the best, it's her bedside manner and genuine care for her patients and their families that truly make her stand out. The Albany area is incredibly lucky to have Dr. Banagan. If you ever need a spinal surgeon - look no further!

Did my C2 surgery after MVA in 2012. She is genuinely compassionate, phenomenally intelligent, patient, really listens to your issues to find the correct solution, eases your fears, takes time during your appointment so you arent rushed. Highly recommend, nobody better in my opinion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bannigan. She diagnosed me with spinal stenosis and refered me to PT then Pain management. When I had a problem walking due to my legs cramping up from the spinal stenosis I called heer office for advice at least 6 times a day and never got a responce. If you can't reach your doctor when in agony, then it's time to look for another. My Pain Dr. Gragow called me back immediatly when I called him for help and he prescribed medication to relieve the cramping in the legs.
