Since 2008, Dr. Barillas-Arias has treated my autistic son for Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. She is a kind, sweet, sharply intelligent doctor who has always put us at ease - even when my son had behavioral problems in the exam room. We are grateful for her excellent care.

Dr. Barillas is an amazing Dr. She always takes the time to listen to my daughter as well as myself regarding our concerns. She treats my daughter as a Dr and as a friend which is so great for a teenage girl, my daughter feels very comfortable discussing anything with her! Thanks so much!

We cannot say enough positive about Dr. Barillas. She is so caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. We have never met a doctor more dedicated than she is. She has been a blessing to our family- so lucky to have found her!!!!

The day we received the scary news re my daughter she called us within a few hours and had me come in immediately the next day and spent over an hour with us answering questions and reassuring us . So glad my daughter has her for her care

Dr Barailas is only at Albany Med 2x a week, she contacts me after hours, on holidays and weekends to help with my daugheter, She is a great doctor that goes above and beyond to help and reassure me things are ok.
