I went in for pain shooting from hip down my leg, which could possibly be a sciatic nerve. He provided a referral for Orthopedic specialist but could not/ did not prescribe me something for the pain. Extra strength Tylenol- nothing. I explained sitting keeps me in pain and will be taking a 5 hour car ride and asked if he can prescribe something, he suggested I go to the ER. Not helpful in any way.

horrible ignorant guy i can not even call him a doctor he does not deserve the title. and at the garden city office they have this tall ignorant white woman. i had a horrible experience with both people. if you are a latino do not go to this office. immediately like you are too poor to pay for a better vision. benjamin chang you should retire look in the mirror

This doctor is the worst Doctor I have ever seen. He is arrogant and obnoxious. He didn’t even examine me. He told me I did not have TOS by making me hold my arms over my head and opening and closing my hands. There are way more tests for TOS including an ultrasound of the upper extremities. He didn’t offer any of them. I felt I was a bother. I brought a CT angiogram with me which showed an aberrant right subclavian artery which he did not bother to tell me if I had not asked how my angiogram looked?! He told me he couldn’t tell me the only symptom of ARSA because it would make me think. I pressed him for the symptom. There are many other symptoms IF that artery is BLOCKED. I have ALL of them. He clearly could not be bothered. He, said in an obnoxious voice “Sorry “. It’s a disgrace that a doctor be allowed to practice AT ALL with this attitude and horrible treatment. He should retire. I read the other reviews before my appt. I should have listened to the other reviews. Wow!!

I saw Dr. Chang with eye problems that I stated on the office's medical form. After the technician performed routine vision tests, Dr. Chang spent, at most, five minutes with me and didn't ask one question about my reason for the visit. When I asked about my symptoms, he said there was nothing to do about it and it would probably get worse, and we were done. Then they tried to sell me prescription glasses from their in-house vendor. I don't need prescription glasses and they had nothing to do with the eye problems that I went there about. When I asked the vendor for a copy of the prescription, she said it was "extra work" if I wasn't going to buy glasses from her. I've since spent three months trying to find out if my insurance will cover another ophthalmology visit because I still have the same problems I went in with. Dr. Chang showed a staggering lack of interest and was a complete waste of time.

Worst doctor I have every seen in my entire life. I think he really despises his patients and has not a caring bone in his body. Needs to get out of medical field and be a garbage pick up man.

Worst doctor I have ever seen in 50 years. Never again. Nor would I ever recommend him. He didn't even examine me, just sat by the door and looked at my vein problem from 15 feet away. Said in his report to my doctor that he spent most of his time trying to convince me that I wasn't going to die from it. I never even uttered 3 words... he is a complete loser as a doctor. Beware!! too bad there aren't 0 stars

Horrible bedside manner! (actually yelled at me when I got out of be to go pee!) Botched the surgery he did on me. Needed additional surgery to fix his screw-up.

Do not use this doctor. He is rude, inconsiderate and has no bed side manner at all. He delivers news in an arrogant way and has no consideration for his patient's feelings. The office staff is very nice.

This doctor had no care in the world. He never checked me out and was very sarcastic thinking he knew all there was to know by looking at paperwork.. I will never refer anyone to this doctor. He never took his time with me only wanted to fill a prescription.

My wife had surgery for varicose veins. His bed side manner was terrible. Full of himself. To make matters worse, the simple procedure that should have fixed her problem was unsucessful and she will undergo the procedure again.
