My 15 year old son had ACL surgery with Dr. Flik and we could not be more pleased with the end result. The entire experience from the first consultation to the final follow appointment was outstanding. My son is now in an excellent position to resume the sports he loves! We would highly recommend Dr. Flik!

Dr Flik is very professional, understanding and patient. I am very happy with my surgery (shoulder) and the progress I have made since. He took my recovery needs seriously and aimed to fulfill them as quickly as possible. I have full confidence in his work and would recommend to any family member or friend.

This office overbooks appointments. They have a large turnover of staff. Surgery was canceled several times after I took work off and threw my food out to stay w my parents. They blamed it on the hospital and other reasons. Come to find out 6 people were canceled the day b4 surgery. And Dr. Flick still performed surgeries on that day. How many people did he book for surgery in one day?!?! He has a 1/2 of an ear - big mouth - and a large head. He schedules 4mins w a patient.Sue is horrible at communicating- Bone and Joint has the best Drs in the area. I had surgery today and my new dr was so kind w two ears and a big heart.Drs take oaths to help - I had an injury on top of my current injury and pleaded for help - they belittled me. This is a break of a Dr's oath through my eyes. Bone and Joint is A+++

I have been seeing Dr. Flik for almost ten years now. Starting with an ACL and meniscus tear in 2011, torn the other ACL in 2013, and then messed up both knees right before the pandemic hit in my "return to soccer" - who knew my adult body was not as high-functioning as my young teenage body... Dr. Flik is always attentive, he always listens to what you have to say - all of the little ailments, and he has been really quick to treat. I feel really comfortable going to him for my knees. But, hopefully, I won't have to see him anymore! Knees are doing great. I would recommend him to all my family and friends looking for a knee or shoulder doc.

Went to see Dr.Flik for knee pain I’ve had for almost a decade. Let me preface this by saying that I am overweight now, and I realize that can make it worse. However, Dr.Flik walked in and saw me, looked at the x-rays for .2 second, and turned around and attributed it all to my weight. He didn’t ask any questions about how or when it started. He moved my knee around in weird ways and I ended up leaving in more pain than I went in with. I started having knee issues from a hockey injury when I was extremely in shape. And then just injured it a few times from there. If I was having the same pain when I was in top shape and not even a little bit over weight, how can it 100% be from my weight? Yes, extra weight can make it worse, but he was rude, and unprofessional. At least get a history before jumping to conclusions.

Dr. Flick did an excellent job replacing my left shoulder. I’m the hospital and out the next day. Excellent service. I’ve been doing my exercises and after 5 weeks have obtained much of my use. “Painless.”
