Dr Ferrillo and his staff set the gold standard for patient care! After seeing many physicians for my condition I was fortunate enough to be referred to the Albany and a Saratoga pain specialists. From the very first appointment I was heard thoroughly. Immediately scans were ordered and treatments were discussed. What has been holding me back for years was quickly resolved within a few treatments. I am beyond grateful and appreciative that my level of functioning has returned therefore I would definitely recommend Dr. Ferrillo to anyone who asks.

I credit Dr Ferrillo and his team with my quality of life. I’ve been a patient for more than 10 yrs. I am pain free which would not have happened without his care. His PAs, NPs, and office staff are always friendly helpful and kind. His mid level providers are astute diagnosticians and have been instrumental in the success of the practice. Dr Ferrillo’s knowledge and techniques are superlative. I am so grateful for this team!

Dr. Ferrillo went against a patient wishes and requested pre-approval for an experimental surgery that the patient refused to have. Because the patient will not have the risky surgery, Dr. Ferrillo dropped the patient without a care plan for continuing medical treatment in place. Dr. Ferrillo takes advantage of uneducated patients.

I also don't know why Dr Ferillo would have anything less than a 5 star rating. He is a compassionate, top notch doctor who has trained in all the latest methods of pain management. He has suffered a lot of the same problems that his patients have and has used his techniques on himself. His greatest joy in life is helping people to alleviate their pain. He has a wonderful staff and all the newest equipment and technologies. I would rate him a 10 if I could!

Dr. Ferrillo is very skilled and knowledgable. The staff assisting him are also good and very efficient. They move a lot of people through quickly when applying treatments, which is something I appreciate. The administrative staff are also helpful, and usually courteous.

I do not understand why Dr. Ferrillo would have anything less than a 5 star rating! From his diagnostic skills, textbook procedures, compassion, to a unique commitment to truly listen to his patients, he is by far the best in the field. I have been to several doctors for chronic pain syndromes and he made me feel like I was his only patient. Very determined to diagnose properly and explore all the avenues available that would meet my needs. His leadership is clearly excellent because the staff, technicians, PAs are just as committed to their patients. Everyone has their best interest in mind. Do not hesitate to secure an appointment with Dr. Ferrillo. I've had many over the years and he is the first to help provide relief in a most professional and caring manner.
