MIchael Bernstein's Online Review Report Card

He's a amazing doctor, I brought my mentally challenged father to him about 15 years ago, and he was great with him, he doesn't talk down to him, but he helps him understand what's wrong. My dads heart is extremely weak and other docs wanted to do immediate heart surgery but Dr.Bernstein said no and has kept him going with meds all these years, he's the only doctor I trust with my father without a doubt

My family and I have been under the care of Dr. M. Bernstein for many years and have had nothing but incredible experiences to relay. He is not only a brilliant MD, but as well a compassionate human!! Thanking you once again.

Had an appointment made weeks in advance. After waiting for 30 minutes. I asked how much longer, I was told Dr. Bernstein had three patients scheduled ahead of me and he was not in the office yet. They had no e.t.a. when he would be seeing me, and the staff didn't seem to care at all. It was like the patient care or our personal time didn't matter to them or the doctor. I don't when it became acceptable to expect people to sit and wait for hours to see a doctor, especially when an appointment was made.

I have been a patient of Dr Bernstein for 20+ yrs. I trust him whole heartedly. He always takes time to listen and answer any questions I may have. I always feel confidant in treatments, tests, and medication. He has never steered me wrong. The staff is always great as well.

Dr Bernstein is okay but getting through to the office is pretty much impossible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernstein for more than 20 years. He is very patient, easy to talk to and great at explaining in layman's terms what's going on with my health. Always addresses any concerns I may have about my condition and is very encouraging about what needs to be done to help me to stay healthy. He keeps it real but is nice about it! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great cardiologist!

The doctor as well as his staff is wonderful. The treat you like you've been friends for years!! Dr Bernstein explained everything to me in detail so I was no longer scared. Between his nurse & the sweet young woman who did the ultrasound on my heart ( along w DrB) not only put me at ease but put me in a great mood the rest of the day!! Humor is good for the soul, at least that what I feel ??

I really like Dr. Bernstein. He is easy to talk to and is very patient friendly. I have recommended him to friends who saw him as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable patient friendly environment.
