I had a very nice first visit with Dr. Perkins today. She was on time, explained things to me in an easy fashion, personable and professional. I was able to get an appt easily and the staff was nice. Its a very big practice with a lot of other people milling around yet it was handled well.

Every time I've requested an appointment with an urgent issues, Dr. Perkins has always accommodated me. She and her staff are just excellent. She's extremely thorough and a great listener. I find her to be one of the few physicians who understands the importance of patience, compassion, and follow through. I have already recommended her to many people. They report back having the same experience.

Dr. Perkins is an excellent physician. She is knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of ENT medicine. In addition, she is easy to talk to, a great listener, very caring, and friendly with her patients. I am grateful to have her as my doctor and would highly recommend her to family and friends.

I've been seeing Dr. Perkins for several years for various ENT problems. I would absolutely recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and also easy to talk to. Always explains everything in terms I can understand. She is the best!!

A pleasant experience, DR. Perkins took her time to explain things and answer my question. She walked in shortly after the nurse walked out. Very pleasant disposition at both visits. I will make another appt with her if I ever need an ENT again.

My overall experience with Dr Perkins has always been fairly pleasant. However, my last two visits were so rushed, that I felt completely ignored, even when I brought up health issues I was concerned about. I felt like just another face among many. I cannot stress enough how important it is for a doctor to convey to their patient's that they care, and I'm not talking about showing empathy, while that is important, but just a very basic notion of caring in that they follow up with their patients questions with questions of their own and take the time to understand their concerns. This was wholly lacking in my last two visits and I will unfortunately be switching doctors.
