Orthony Llc's Online Review Report Card

This review is for the billing department at OrthoNY. I have called several times for the last 10 days to get a report of all the payments I have made last year to submit for my FSA. Even called back to put in an urgent request as my FSA claim was due by March 31st. It's April 3rd and I have still not received anything from them. How hard is it to just pull some data and email? Very bad service.

Dr. Hadaad is like no other doctor I’ve ever met. He actually listens and is very empathetic. He is an exceptional surgeon. I’m so grateful for all that he has done and continues to do!!!!�����

There are many doctors that cover many specialties in all areas but the biggest problem is you always feel like a number there, they have very limited time to see you because there's so many patients, so you never feel like you get your concerns taken care of because I have to get to the next patient so quickly. It's such a shame because there are some great doctors here but you always feel rushed.

The young ladies at the check-in desk were polite and friendly- even spending extra time to help struggling patients fill out the information needed. The PA, X-ray tech and doctor were excellent and treated my ailing shoulder professionally and fully.And the checkout person was also extremely friendly, courteous and proficient. Great job!I would definitely recommend OrthoNY!

3 years ago I had my first cervical fusion which I have no issues with.However 2 years ago I had lumbar fusion. It failed and required spinal stimulator. In addition last scan shows loosening of screws which all research shows can cause the pain I have been experiencing that is 100 times worse since after my lumbar fusion.In addition the scan shows bulge disc in the fusion which of course then Dr Jackson referred me to both his spinal surgeons who one stated " I know your pain is real, and at 45 you shouldn't have to feel this way." Then they had me see Dr. Casio which didn't even examine me just read the same scan.Then I'm told pain doctor Dr Jackson "This has gone on long enough. You have been through the ringer. I am going to find a doctor for possible revision and pain pump. I will call you back two weeks." Then I heard nothing. I sent emails and called. Then after three years I spoke my mind and then all of sudden " We have exhausted everything,". This was just because I had enough and spoke my mind! Awful how they could do this to family man with kids. How they could just abandoned me with care.

Getting relief from my pain

Everyone at Ortho NY URGENT CARE in Saratoga Springs was wonderful when I had an arthritic knee flareup on a Sunday. Dr. Allison Schoonmaker was friendly and caring. The nurse and x-ray tech were fantastic. Dr. Schoonmaker was able to diagnose me and treat me right in the office and by the next day, I was walking normally again. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly, I could tell he was giving me "side eye" for being there for an "urgent" case of flared-up arthritis due to my young age, but he can get over himself as my arthritis is genetic and there isn't much I can do about it. Besides "Mr. Judgy" at the reception desk, my whole experience was A+++++++.

I have had my fair share of orthopedic issues over the years, mostly involving hips. OrthoNY took excellent care of me, pre and post surgery. Very professional all around. Thanks to them I am back living my life.

Saw some of the unfavorable reviews and decided to post a review after my visit today. Saw Dr. Hanspal for severe hip pain - Could hardly walk. He was through and listened so well to all my descriptions. He gave me a full exam and helped me decide on a shot - assured me that it was not painful and all went well. I also want to say that I had the greatest experience at the checkout and rescheduling desk with Arlene. Arlene was so professional and so very helpful - she really knew her job! Thanks so much to OrthoNY Albany!
