Awesome surgeon

I really liked Dr Adelson and I think he is a good doctor. Saw him twice. I cancelled a follow-up and further testing he ordered because the office staff couldn't get it right. I wasn't able to complete my new patient forms online due to incorrectly recorded demographics preventing me from moving beyond my name. Scheduled my first follow-up appointment with a totally different doctor, not even in the timeframe specified-which was based on the standard duration of a prescribed therapy to see if it was going to be effective. Handed me an order for a CT without instruction that they only use certain imaging centers to get views that would guide surgery should that be necessary. I tried to schedule where they wanted me to go and that imaging center wouldn't schedule my test unless they received the order electronically directly from Dr Adelson's office, and they told me they never received an order. Called the office explained the situation. Three strikes. Lost my confidence and trust

I would never recommend this Dr. He never got back to me with my results from CAT scan. Two weeks later and a lot of phone messages his assistant receptionist got back to me. I was in sinus pain for those two weeks and no one at the office could give me my results because Dr. didn’t sign off on them. Please find someone else to go to.

Dr. Adelson attended to some serious nosebleeds I was experiencing. He has a very high level of technical expertise. He also has excellent communication skills and expresses concern for his patient. I cannot imagine being in better hands during a serious event.

The doctor has been treating me for a sinus infection for over a month. He is extremely hard to reach. I had a gap of over a week between antibiotic therapy because he was too busy operating. For non surgical procedures, go elsewhere.

Dr Adelson is extremely knowledgeable yet humble. He takes the tone to explain all procedures and also to listen to what you have to say. As a rule, I am not very fond of doctors yet I have no apprehension about going to see him. I highly recommend Dr Adelson to any friends that need an excellent sinus doctor.

I needed a septorhinoplasty reconstruction surgery. I was terrified. Everything went very smoothly!! Leading up to it, Dr. Adelson was super available for questions. As far as I've seen, he is very professional and will do anything he can to make you feel better/more informed. The same followed after surgery; he'll take his time to answer all questions and ease any worries. My nose looks GREAT! I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone!

My experience with Dr. Adelson was excellent. I spent years trying to find the right doctor to perform my functional rhinoplasty and Dr. Adelson was worth every minute I waited. Dr. Adelson made me instantly calm and I am so greatful for that because I was extremely nervous about the whole procedure. He was very professional and patient. Thanks to him I feel like a whole new person. I can breathe again and not struggle to do everyday things. I struggled with my nose problems almost all of my life and it definitely took an emotional toll on me. Not anymore, thanks to Dr. Adelson and his staff!

My son was supposed to have surgery to correct and issue he was born with. My first clue that he was not the one to do my son's surgery was the fact that he had no idea when the right age to do the surgery was. Not only that, he had mentioned he had experience in the surgery, come to find out he did not. We were told the surgery was going to be hours long, and my son who was 4 months old at the time would have a nose that wouldn't grow properly. Our Ped told us not to get surgery with him!

I am extremely impressed with Dr. Adelson and his staff, they are heads above other ENTs that I have seen. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and he takes time to get to know each of his patients. Scheduling may be difficult because he is highly sought after, but he is absolutely worth the wait. My septorhinoplasty performed by Dr. Adelson has allowed me to breathe better than I ever have before. I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend Dr. Adelson.
