I am sitting here now, watching patients who came in after me being seen. I am angry now. Why? Because it’s not good business to book over patients and not value our time. I’m being told appts can take 2 hours, I dare you to tell me I should have to sit here for half of that time doing nothing, what are you billing for then exactly? A good practice books accordingly. Never come here. Fun fact, I also had to do my predetermination to get an idea of how much I owed - myself - they couldn’t bother.
