This is a public service announcement. I feel the need to warn others so they don’t end up like me. I had doctor Gannon perform rhinoplasty surgery on me in July of 2021. I wanted a narrower more feminine and less distracting nasal appearance, especially with the tip. As you can see from the photos nothing was improved or really even changed aesthetically. Melanie who does the schedule was very short and almost rude when she found out they didn't take my insurance and DIDN'T even ask if I wanted to pay for the procedure which I could have used credit if they didn't take my insurance she just rushed me off the phone she just lost Dr Gannon a patient I've heard nothing but amazing things about her and wanted her to do my procedure but now I've found someone else who didn't treat me like a peasant

Spoke to a Melanie to book a appointment, and she was extremely rude for Susan Gannon MD…. From start to finish she made it seem frustrated and bother that she had to book me appointment.. This was my first initial contact with anyone at the office.. If they have people like that answering the phones, then I wouldn’t want my work being done there.. She obviously has done this before that why she feels so comfortable talking rudely to patients in the presence of other staff… As a result of this, I would just rather find another surgeon…

I recently had surgery on 11/22/21. Dr. Gannon did an amazing job and I'm so happy with my results so far. She really takes the time to answer any questions you may have. All the office staff are friendly and get back to you quickly.
