Dr. Schumacher cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable. I would not hesitant to recommend him to anyone that needs a Nephrologist. I worked in dialysis & saw 1st hand how he treated his patients, great bedside manner.

Schumacher is smart and attentive. Good sense of humor helps me relax as I do not like going to the dotor. He has been my doc for 18 years. Time spent waiting is usually minimal compared to most doctor's offices. Hope you never need a renal guy but if you do - he's it.

Typically the wait is much shorter than for most doctors. Schumacher's manner is honest, and direct, but caring. He spends as much time as he needs to with me. He returns calls quickly and calls to follow up when prudent to do so. Labs are checked regularly without me having to call the office. Staff is generally very polite.

Dr Schumacher is a kind, caring and very knowledge doctor. He always has time for you questions and concerns. I was very glad that our paths crossed when I was in the hospital. If you have kidney issues he is the man to see.

This is the best Doctor ever. He is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, patient and caring. He never rushes you. He calls you personally with lab results. The office staff are top notch. Punctual---by time you finish checking in the nurse is at the door to take you to an exam room and you wait less than 5 minutes in there. I've never even sat in a seat in his waiting room. He's straight with you and honest about your situation. He also has a lot of personality. He even washes his hand when he comes into the room. When was the last time you saw a doctor do that

Doc Schumache is a true saint among doctors. I always get personal time and attention. ONE OF THE FEW DOCTORS THAT FOLLW UP WITH A PHONE CALL IF SOMETHING WAS LEFT THAT NEEDED IT. Mi kidneys are failing, but he's straight with me about it.
