Nightmare! Not enough staff to cover shifts, chronically late or no-shows with no ability to staff on weekends. Family often cover the entire weekend bc if lack of staff. I had to cover shifts almost every weekend for the month that I used this agency . Go somewhere else there are agencies that have staff

This agency has a few good aides that work hard and do their job well but overall the aides come in, complain about having to work, do what is on the Care plan quickly and sloppily, come to work unprepared (and blame the patient for this when they are the ones who should be stopping by the agency to pick up gloves and time sheets) and then leave early when they feel they’re finished working and yet still want you to sign for a full days work. They do not wash their hands when they arrive to work, they do not have gloves, and then they start touching clean dishes, wanting to make you food, give you a bath with no gloves!! Very unhygienic, unsanitary and unprofessional!
